West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

A knowing smirk crosses her face as he speak in retort to her thanks, a small laugh filtering through her very feminine neck. Her ivory hands are folded as she ducks her head a bit, breaking eye contact with him as she stares at her hands. Looking back at him with a grin, "Does that make me special then?" It is a double edged question, one side is a remark to his downing of such things, the other made at the interest his spirit holds.

It is endearing the way his bad boy act is truly skin deep, her hazel gaze finding the glacial cast of his own. His response has an easy and well-practiced, tinkling and delicate laugh coming from her, true amusement shining in her features. "Ah, you noticed then?" The smile upon his face was icing on her daily brightening cake. She had to fight a laugh, but she felt a little better that she had amused him enough for a real smile. "You never know when you may meet royalty, better to treat everyone with the same respect you give nobles." It is clearly a well rehearsed and studied saying of hers. It seems she merely blinks after waiting and fighting the urge, feeling his spirit wrestle with contemplation against itself. It was written on the far away look his gaze had taken on, but no sooner than she blinked it seemed her was beside her with his hand outstretched to her.

Utter delight shone in her pale face, a happy clap quickly followed by a hand taking so fast it was only done in a blink. "This is my favorite thing to do, and I do not simply mean the dancing, one second, I will be right back.." Her eyes seem to get dreamy like as she stared into his, her body relaxes against his as if she will begin to slow dance with him any moment, then it happens. The music changes into a rather slow tempo song, something easy to teach to.

Should he not truly be a dancer, she can help, but only if he can listen.

With a soft gasp and her eyes raising to meet his once more, she smiles and puts one hand on his shoulder, his she leads to a proper height on her hip. His free hand she takes in hers, smirking a little, "I hope this is alright, it is an easy pace to keep, and relaxed enough to be shared with new friends." Her happiness is palpable, bursting from her bright and enchanting smile, right down to the gentle way her eyebrows slope up as if a little surprised, which she is. As the song really begins, she hopes to have them both ready to begin the dance.
