West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

West

She walked the decks of the Ark, anything to get away from the slowly rising voices of the patrons inside getting drunk at the bar and gambling on the arena fights. It was going to be another busy night in there but she wanted no part of it. The whole idea of fighting in your Were form just for bragging rights didn't set right with her. She'd only fought for her own survival and that was bad enough. If it was just males, she would understand. They have egos and therefore might feel the need to throw their weight around, but she saw just as many women going into the Ark for the fights and just as many coming out battered and bruised but grinning like a fool. It didn't set well with her, bringing up too many bad memories of her own bruises after heated exchanges with her father. Would she ever get over him haunting her every move? Probably not. Even dead, he still had power over her.

She sighed as she leaned agains the railing and looked out over the docks of the West side. Her hair blew in the cool breeze as she pulled the light jacket closer around her. She'd probably need something thicker next time but she didn't feel like going back into the Ark to get to her room to get it. She'd rather be cold for now. A scent came with the next breeze that had her twitching her nose as she looked toward the docks again, only to see a figure walking. It looked like a woman maybe about her age or possibly younger, and she seemed to be moving with purpose. Curious by nature, Alexis leaned further over the railing, watching as she walked toward a bench and crouched down. Was she talking to someone? Alexis could just pick up on a light feminine voice on the wind. Furrowing her brows, she watched as the woman then sat on the bench, cradling something to her.

She couldn't help herself, moving to the ramp and down off the Ark. Putting her hands in her jacket pockets, she walked toward the bench, offering the woman a soft smile as she got closer. "Sorry, I don't mean to pry. Did you find something?" She didn't want the woman to think she was here to steal whatever it was or anything, trying to keep her expression soft and inviting as she stopped a few feet away. She didn't want to scare the woman or make her feel uneasy in any way but her natural curiosity was getting the best of her. "I'm Alexis, by the way, from the Nightshade Pack." She nudged her head back toward the Ark as if to explain why she was here, but she could smell Were on the woman so had to guess that she either had her own pack or was a loner. Sometimes knowing who someone was associated with helped build trust. If anything, maybe her offering some information about herself couldn't hurt anyway.
