West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Surprisingly, it wasn't that difficult for the curly-haired woman to forcefully keep the man's mouth open for her raven-haired witch to pour the potion out. Whatever sort of moral compass she had it didn't hinder the woman from following through with the act. As far as she was concerned the man deserved far worse. With all the contents in the vial poured out, she kept her fingers pressing his nose as her other than moved to swiftly close his mouth so she wouldn't spit it all out. Once she was certain he swallowed she let go and moved away from him, returning obediently to her witch's side. Incapable of simply standing in one spot for the potion to take effect, Raven began to pace in circles around Serafina. Staying in one place never did her any good. As soon as she heard the alarm going off she stopped and looked at Serafina and then back at the man, waiting for whatever it was her witch wanted to do. After all, this was her catch and Serafina could do whatever she pleased. As Serafina began her questioning a scowl started to appear on her face, unsatisfied with the man's answers. Digging through the man's wallet, she announced the items that she found, showing them to her charge, as the woman continued to ask more questions. When she voiced out her own questions she sighed in annoyance, his answers not helping them out. Giving Serafina a glance, she shook her head in dismay murmuring softly.

"You know, I was kinda hoping for more answers...helpful ones."

When he slipped up and mentioned his client was male that just made this whole ordeal even stranger. A person with a male's voice, speaks on the phone, pays in cash, and wants photo of Serafina seemed so peculiar. Garret Hart. What a very odd name. Raven never stepped foot in the Witchery, but she knew of the place. When she mentally asked Serafina if there was a high-society client displeased with her or her work, and she answered with a no, it just made her frown. Why would she be a target? Clearly it wasn't because she was dating Azrael, not if the man had been taking her photographs for years. As the man uttered the only two people that would probably note his absence she quickly spoke out her following question, curious if they might know this business partner of his.

"Who's your business partner? Anyone we might know?"

The answers he had given before about this Garret Hart wasn't enough. She was grasping for straws at this point, she knew, and yet she was at least trying. While Serafina gave her some direction a frown appeared as she took the wallet out of her pocket and slid it back into his own. Grabbing the cell phone she stared at it for a moment and then gently flipped the top of the phone to open up, and noticed on the little screen it lit up, showing a the screen to see the light turn on. A frown appeared when she noticed the screen showed the key code. With a shake of her head she sighed in dismay and nodded in agreement to her suggestion of dropping the flip phone into the toilet. Maybe the phone could have included some more helpful information. Tucking the phone in her pocket, she would flush it down the toilet as asked later. As her witch moved back over towards her workbench to give the man back his camera she titled her head to the side, curious as to why Serafina would willingly just let him go when the potion was still working on him. Stepping towards him she looked at his bindings and then back at Serafina, pressing her voice into Serafina's head she stated her concerns.

"Should we let him go right now? I mean what if he meets or talks to this person while on the truth potion and he tells him he spoke to you? Can you not make a memory lapse potion, to help him forget? When he does leave this place, will we go to the hotel to look around...maybe we can find something that'll help us?"
