The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The cheers echoing from the ring were little more than white noise to the girl as she spun from table to table, checking drinks, delivering hot small plates, doling out a wink and a smile for good measure before whisking away once more. While she enjoyed manning the bar when the opportunity presented itself, it was truly waiting tables that allowed her affinities to shine. She had been at the Ark long enough to have learned its rhythm, ironically consistent for such a tumultuous atmosphere. The growing cheers which finally grew loud enough to cause her eyes to flick toward the ring for example were a sure sign that the fight was drawing to a close. Tobias, no doubt, enjoying the show he put on for those onlookers as he prepared to finish the match. While she had no issue with the Arks main source of entertainment it had never called to her like it seemed to some of her kind, she had learned to win her battles without shedding a single drop of blood. It also meant the crowds would soon shift back to the bar to refill their drinks in the absence of the fights enthrallment.
She could almost feel Tetradore's presence as his gaze swept the area and glanced across her momentarily, ever since that first meeting where he had appeared lurking overhead she had made it a point to be aware of him. She wasn't the type to make the same mistake twice after all. She was passing the bar as she overheard Mira asking Henry to handle the red head who had a tendency to place himself precisely where Mira would usually be in place to assist him. The snow leopard shot the girl an understanding smile as she grabbed the newly poured drinks and hurried them over to their eager owners. A table full of men smiled like Cheshire cats as she delivered their beers, no doubt a dream come true with a woman serving them but it tipped well and she was never one to complain about that. Out of the corner of her eye she could Raven dealing with her own slice of the crowd and she had to smile at the familiarity she now felt with her coworkers.
Tetradore had offered her the chance to make them more than that, an idea which the woman was gradually growing ever more comfortable with and overcoming her own issues regarding family and how they typically turned out. She gave the men one last alluring smile and was preparing to hop off to get the orders of those who had just come to sit down at the few open seats when the thunderous sound tore through the ships hull and drowned out all other noise, a feat in its own right. She froze in place, for a moment her body responding instinctually to the noise as if it were actually the heavens rumbling until she realized no storm would have the power to produce even that. As the rest of his pack did, so too her eyes quickly sought the dark form of Tetradore in search of guidance right before the place plunged into momentary darkness.
And she didn't just meant the alarm, this many people slammed into a tin can and inching towards panic at a dangerous rate had her pulse hitching ever higher. She saw Tobias appear beside Tetra, drenched which was just one more ominous sign in the whole situation before he hurried to Raven and Alexis before the trio vanished. It seemed those residents of the Ark were making an attempt to save a few of their things for which she didn't blame them, perhaps glad for a moment she had put off her decision to move to the Ark and retained her apartment but any relief she felt was too fleeting to even be felt. She climbed up on the nearest table herself, shouting over the panicked crowd as she tried to direct them to the exits in the turmoil but most were too terrified to even take notice. Her eyes swung back towards where Tetradore had been, unsure of what in the world they could do to fix this.
