She could tell he was all but horrified by the shirt, but that just made it funnier when she held it up to herself. She was totally going to wear it tomorrow, just to watch his reaction. She was never short on entertainment when Kohl was around. Finally, he admitted it was bright and she smirked before throwing it back in the bag. "Yeah, you're right. Maybe I should get something darker next time so I blend in better. An all black wardrobe? Or would that make me stick out, too?" She scowled thoughtfully as she went into the bathroom for a minute, holding the box of hair dye up to her face to see how the color looked. At least she was tan enough not to look pasty with lighter hair. She could probably get it done tonight. Of course, she was also eying his reaction over her shoulder. He was obviously not a fan of the hair dye either. The corners of her lips tugged up as he finally asked if it was necessary. Turning back to him, she set the box down on the bathroom counter with a sigh and stepped back toward him. "Unfortunately, yes. I need to do whatever I can to get lost in the crowd so Viktor doesn't find us too fast. We need to be prepared for when he does." She searched his expression for a minute as her face softened, hoping he could find some understanding. She was sure he knew by now how serious the situation was, even if they were trying their best to joke about it. When he said that she looked hot in any color, she smirked, but her eyes really danced with laughter when he asked about her dying everything. She couldn't stop the laughter from escaping as she shook her head and reached up to caress his cheek. "Um, no, I don't think THAT will be necessary....unless our preparation consists of me being naked?" She arched a brow teasingly, waiting for his reaction. When she was satisfied enough with the jokes she was playing on him, Kat turned to the microwave dinners she'd picked up. He looked all but confused as she threw it into the microwave to heat up and when she pulled it out, he watched with curiosity as she pulled off the plastic but he didn't look impressed at all with what he saw. She stuck a fork into the "mashed potatoes." "Come on, it's not that bad." She tried to assure him as she blew on the potatoes to cool them down before holding the fork out to his lips. Her brow arched up again, daring him to taste. |
