West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

"Ahh yes! Like being back on the high seas again; Warmth of the sun. The smell of the Ocean. Sounds of seagulls! It just doesn't get any better!"
Sergio found himself in the not so safe part of town, but it was the one place that he could feel a tug from. His smile was so jovial that it could light up a room, or even a dim area engulfed by the darkness of Night. From where he was standing, he could see that infamous "Noah's Ark" from the portion of the pier he was on. Chocolate eyes flicked all around him and in those orbs was reflected a great joy.
"Bah! Who cares if this little area is something unsavory! As long as I'm here by the ocean for a time, I'm a happy guy!"
Sergio would chuckle to himself, fixing his leather vest. Which in the process of this, he'd notice that one of the buttons on his shirt was undone.
"Damn it all. You're too busy sounding the equivalent of a rabble and you didn't bother to fix the extra button that was down."

Sergio was anything but modest, especially when it came to showing his very toned chest and body. But this was an open space. Have a little more courtesy, Neves!
As time would slowly pass, as it always would when in regards to him being near the Ocean, the Fae would find himself starting to pace back and forth. Lips pursing a touch while he started to think about one of his greatest voyages across the sea.
"Sheesh. The trip across the Spanish Sea was something remarkable. Granted we were stopped by the Spainards but this silver tongue of mine did come in handy."
Sergio chuckled as he came to a stop and doubled over just a bit with his hands in his pockets.
"Oh goodness. And then the First Mate was so confused about what just happened that he ended up just going down below deck to have a drink of rum!"
And there was that jovial laugh the Brazilian was known for; So full of life and vibrancy. Much like his personality. One could really say that Sergio was just the embodiment of pure joy and making the most of a situation.
"Well. I wonder if I'd be stumbled upon out here since I'm being so loud. Company does sound nice."
