The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

How she enjoyed the clarity that always seem to come over her behind the polished top of the bar. Mixing drinks and combining ingredients, there was a rhythm and flow to it that left little room for anything else in her mind. Even without the presence of a rowdy crowd this evening it settled some part of her to make those gin and tonics, even though she could still feel Sly's gaze lingering on her figure. It was a good choice of drink she felt sure, especially if he had European roots as she was coming to believe. Some bartenders got caught up in fad drinks and complicated concoctions that customers found on an app, but there was a reason certain drinks were widely known and for so long. There was definite pride on her features as she placed the drinks before him and watched as he raised it to try her creation. Not until she could see the satisfaction on his features did she saunter around to the open seat next to his. Surely she preened a touch under his praise, he was obviously a man well familiar with the drink and would know if it was good. He also did not seem like the type of man to simply say it was good to placate her either, so she took him at his word. Of course she insisted that all the time she obviously spend behind that bar was to thank.
It was his inquiry about playing a game that brought a glimmer of suspicion to her gaze, eyeing her companion thoughtfully at the idea. It seemed harmless enough, the warlock so promising that it would be easy and providing that caveat that those answers could be as simple or detailed as she liked. The idea was intriguing to be sure, knowing that she would then be given the chance to pose her own questions in return was very tempting. In the end of course she agreed, never one to back down from a challenge for any reason she likely would have done so regardless of what game he had proposed to be honest; it was just her nature. Taking another pull from her drink she gave him leave to begin, awaiting those questions with more eagerness than she might have expected to posses.
She smiled as he rested his chin atop his hand in that carefree manner, his answering smile no less charming as his hair flopped with the movement. It was nearly distracting, but thankfully he saw fit to go ahead and relay those questions in rapid succession. They were all rather straightforward at least, and she took only a moment to reply with equal rapidity as he had suggested the game required. She could see intrigue alight in his eyes at some of those replies, which was reinforced by his insinuation that he would leave those answers at the face value she had presented... for now. It made her rather glad for the rules that he had laid out and that those answers were allowed to be so simple and unquestioned. Though she put forth a good bravado as she realized it was now her turn to dole out the questions.
It was almost difficult to decide on questions that could be answered quickly and easily but were also somewhat out of the 'norm' as well. That wink offered just a moment before she posed them to Sly and noted the concentration that seemed to fall over his features as he considered his own answers, though not thinking too hard about them was entirely the point of the endeavor. The movie was one she personally had never seen, though the name sounded familiar it wasn't something in the genre she typically enjoyed. That he was born in Romania was decidedly interesting, and at least put credit to the European roots she had been assuming, though she had no clue what boiled sweets possibly were. She couldn't hold in the giggle at his last answer.
It only took the blonde the span of sipping his drink to figure out his next set of questions, she raised her own glass to those sweetheart lips as he laid them out as well. These seemed decidedly more difficult than the last for some reason, and just the first had her groaning quietly as she set that glass down once more.
Loathe to give him my time to dwell on those answers, or pry into them more than might be necessary she quickly levelled a finger at him with a mockingly serious look.
