The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Both individuals had experienced being unwanted before. It is a bit funny that both Weres seek to be recognized by others, wanting to have some sort of value and approval. Though they could have easily fulfilled each other's need to hold some sort of value to one another neither one seemed to notice that what they both wanted were the same thing. For her she could not foresee Tobi desiring to be approved. He had a pack which meant he was seen as an asset. He spoke highly of Tetradore which meant that with their close proximity to one another his male friend held some sort of approval of Tobi, the spotted feline always bragging about what he was privileged to do. Though she was not aware of his inability to keep Nadya for himself Raven would have never imagined that he wouldn't be chosen for something. For her it was easy to feel the need to seek approval from others, especially when she never got it at such a young age. The need to be approved was so strong that she was willing to do absolutely anything to achieve this, to an extent. Although she was mistreated by others somehow she was able to hold on to a few of her virtuous morals. He needed her just as much as she needed him and only time would tell when the two would finally realize it.
The young woman pressed herself closer to the dark-haired boy a bit pleased to feel his spotted long tail start to slowly curl around her, a subtle show that he wanted her close. Once more that need to be wanted was being filled by the attention he was giving her, even if it was physical. As she subtly moved him out in the rain her fingers would gently stroke his ears feeling the soft fur as they moved back. The sound of his purr caused the girls cheeks to flush a darker pink, pleased and slightly embarrassed, acting in a way she hadn't done before with Tobi or any male for that matter. Seeing how his attention remained focused on her, disregarding the fall of the rain, she slowly broke away from his hold. Standing at the doorway with a devilish grin thrown his way, she spoke up and locked the door. Racing up the stairs she could hear loud scraping sounds of metal behind her. No doubt in her mind that he wouldn't try to break the door down. As she reached her bedding, she quickly changed out of her wet clothes allowing them to drop from her makeshift cave to slam into the ground. Staying underneath the covers she watched as the human with a spotted tail climbed up the stairs silently. Raven could not help but crane her head as far as she could underneath her blankets to hear the soft whispers coming from the deviant. Yet her body stays still as she sees the boy stand tensely, but easily springs into her makeshift cave above the rafters. Unable to move or get away in time she felt his hands land on her back as she let out a soft yelp. As he clawed at the blankets his fingers would reach her back, and as she twisted and turned to try to move away his fingers would stroke her sides forcing the girl to giggle. As he managed to get underneath the blankets she playfully stuck her arm out and swatted his spotted tail her fingers tickling it as blue-grey eyes holding mirth to his own dark brown gaze.
As his comment about her home referring it to a cave she happily nodded flashing a grin at him. She was indeed proud of this spot. Although it was rare for her to even sleep in it, due to Tobi's contestant need that she sleep at his side in his hammock, she always found comfort in the dark roomy space. It was quiet, it was always mostly dark, and she always felt safe. A shiver went up her spine when she moved her arm back into the blankets feeling his warmth as her form pressed into his side, instantly seeking warmth. Her wet curly brown hair clung to her face and neck as she attempted to move some of her hair out from her eyes. As his form leaned closer to hers, her cold form seemed to press into his, seeking for more warmth. Yet as his lips touched hers she gradually moved away feeling him closely follow her movement. The growl seemed to cause her to rethink her actions, but the ferocity of kiss kept her hooked. Eyes seemed to close half-way as his lips gently began to travel down her neck. For some reason she was willing to allow such a thing, tilting her neck to the side to provide him more access moving from her side to her back. Yet as he moved above her it would seem that this extremely close proximity caused the alarm bells to sound out in her head causing the young woman to panic. Eyes flicked wide open as one hand gently pressed on his chest, her form rising into a sitting position.
"No Tobi...please?"
Raven had no idea she was allowing another side of herself to accept and allow such a thing to occur. Always she was a creature that thought of the consequences to her actions rather than just succumbing to her actions without care to any sort of consequences that could follow. Touch was such a difficult thing for her. Although she hadn't been flinching from his touch for the past few weeks she was still unwilling to let him continue any farther, that would be a show of trust- and she was still working on that with him. She had promised to never hurt him and yet how could she be reassured that he wouldn't leave a mark on her flesh? Of course he hadn't meant to bite her hand when she washed his hair, but still, it was a show that he could injure her if he wanted to. Quickly she grabbed his hand, gently, and began to stroke them knowing full well he liked the attention and being petted. She would pull his hand to her watching as he sat beside her, her shoulder leaning into his, still stroking his hand. Her other hand would go to his ears attempting to make feel happy even though she had stopped their previous activity. Kissing was still a new thing and as long as that was where they were at now...she was willing to try to go farther...if she could trust him more. Soft voice weakly came out as blue-grey eyes held worry in them- afraid that he could make her feel something she hadn't felt before, but terrified that he would end up leaving her for being unable to let him have his way.
"I'm sorry Tobi...I want to, but I can't...not yet, but give me time?"
