The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Clara hardly seemed all that satisfied by Tetradore's short and evasive reply and yet even the ever-optimistic young lady knew a losing battle. Instead, she focused on her many other questions that didn't garner much more as she attempted to break the ice with the alpha. Even still, Tetradore remained edged on a sort of rightful caution with the sibling. Which was perhaps for the better, even if it hardly stopped the young woman from looking at the couple with figurative stars in her eyes. Eventually, those questions, at the very least, subsided for the girl to ask the stoic alpha if she could snap a picture with his car. Those terms were simple and fair, all she had to do was not sit on it. This seemed to thrill her younger sister as a simple closed-lipped squeal escaped before her and her beaming face scurried over to the car but not before she muttered a thank you. After her quick photo, she slipped into the home behind the couple before losing herself to her phone as the pair slipped into the cosy home.
The couple was blasted with the familiar scents of cooking she had grown up on. The she-wolf scanned across all she could see from their entry. It felt so familiar and yet so foreign. Those searching warm golden eyes fell when she couldn't see her father, not even in his once usual spot in his recliner by the tv. Didn't he care to at least say hello to the daughter whom he hadn't seen in years? Didn't he care to meet the man, not just any man, but her boyfriend that she had brought home? It was difficult not to wonder why her own father couldn't at least be bothered for even a moment of his time and yet she saw the look upon his worn guilt-ridden face. Even though the she-wolf could understand, it somehow felt like a barb in her chest that stung more than she ever wished to admit. That feeling was not given long to settle when the familiar sight of her grandmother made a b-line right for the couple who had barely stepped foot beyond the quaint entry foyer. She looked just as she remembered her, besides being older and maybe shorter... Yet she carried herself like she was a mountain, a force of nature even with her old brittle bones. One look at the forward woman brought a warm grin to her lips, she couldn't even help it as she heard those familiar clearly accented words of her grandmother. She sounded exactly the same. It was she who chased any concern from her at that moment.
Tetradore remained a quiet but present force at her side, still carrying himself like the very alpha he was. The she-wolf could only wonder what he thought and saw of the brief glimpse into the world that she had come from. Yet, he said little. The only words to the elder woman's question was a singular sound of confusion. Uhhh? He seemed unsure how to respond, even less than he had with her sister. This caused a frown upon the older woman's face before she continued on. Informing them of dinner.
"Do you need any help, vovo?" Mira inquired, after all, everyone in this house chipped in. The elder woman muttered something about needing to make more food and declining the well-intended offer. The woman was nothing but determined.
Before returning to her task of cooking within the kitchen that would be off limits. Some things never changed. Once the woman took her departure, Mira turned to her boyfriend with a good-natured laugh. That smile he offered her in return was weak but it was a smile, all the same, it was certainly better than a scowl. Glad that he at least hadn't been too offended. He made no mention of the comments her grandmother made besides that mention that good food took time. Mira nodded her head in firm agreement, a light smile played upon her face as she remembered just how good it once tasted to her.
"I have little doubt that it will be worth it. It always was. There is a reason why this used to be the Ramos family headquarters for every holiday. It's all mainly because of that legendary woman you just met and of course my mother too." Mira informed her boyfriend as if she wanted him to have a glimpse into her family.
That weak smile that he had slipped on his face seemed to fall away, lips pressed into a tight line as he offered a grunt in response to her explanation of her grandmother. Any thoughts that seemed to exist in her boyfriend's thoughts were sealed behind his vault-like mind. Mira's chatter faded before she offered to take a little look around. Her motives after all really were to see her own room. They had already seen what there had to see... the house was small in comparison to every other place they had ever been. With ample time to burn, her boyfriend accepted, uttering those simple words, 'after you'.
A playful spark returned, to those golden eyes that met his emerald eyes. "So genteel. Why thank you." She did just that, leading her boyfriend down a hallway where her room used to be and hopefully still was. It drew them further away from the sound of muffled voices and the clanging of pans that emanated from the heart of that home.
Mira hesitated just outside the sealed door, only briefly before her hand reached for the knob as she turned it omitting the pair inside, Mira flicking the switch on with ease as if she had a million times before. She went right for the window, opening it, to air out the space. She turned her head to catch her boyfriend's eye. "You know we haven't even been here that long and we already broke one of the cardinal rules." That teasing voice slipped free. "Although, I think I am way too old for no boys in the bedroom." If you could even classify Tetradore as a boy... and this room was clearly not hers anymore. That thought then tugged at her perusal of that space as she took it in.
The small room looked remarkably looked the same. Well for the most part. But the furniture was. The bed, the dresser, a side table, the study desk and half bookshelf that still had her books remained. Most notably, the part the she-wolf seemed most pleased about was the glowing stars she had put into the shape of her favourite constellations, clearly not having room for them all. They seemed silly now, yet she was so intrigued that they still stuck with the plain tape she once used. that it overshadowed any embarrassment of the relics of a young girl's past. In fact, it was almost like she could imagine her younger self perfectly in her mind and how she wished she could say something to her if she could. She remembered counting the stars as she fell asleep. Or at least bided her time long enough for the house to fall silent so she could crawl out that window to look at the real stars. Yet, it was clear the room had changed. Her desk had been taken over to host a sewing machine.
Fabrics were draped over her bed and Mira's posters and a vast majority of those personalized objects were long removed.
"It's kind of strange to be here to be here after all this time." Mira admitted gently. " In some regard, it almost feels like not much had changed, besides me and my place here, my father too had changed. Like we might as well be strangers. Maybe we are, I haven't been here since I... joined that pack." She frowned. No. Joining didn't seem like the right word for it.
"I never told you about that part, or how I was turned.." Her voice lowered slightly, although she supposed the past hardly mattered and he never asked. But how this place brought up memories, dredging them up whether she liked it or not. At the very least she didn't cower in the presence of them.
"Is there anything you want to know.. now that we are here and have a moment alone?" The woman inquired, giving the silent alpha a chance to speak.
