The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

"I will be okay if you throw fish at me...but that is very sweet of you that you don't want to."
Raven's hand would gently cup the side of her deviant companion's face. Standing on her toes she would gently brush her lips against his own, a sweet and tender gesture, which brought along the whistles and catcalls from the other men. Ignoring them her yes would stay on his dark chocolate gaze not breaking away. It was very sweet of him to admit he didn't want to throw a fish at her. Whether he was trying to be considerate or romantic did not matter to her. He was a very honest person and being honest meant that anything he thought or believed in would be said...bluntly. As the fisher men turned around to haul in the second net to toss their fish she would use this moment of limited peace to offer the suggestion to Tobias to help distract the men so that they could leave with their prizes. After all it was extremely rare for the duo to have an easy hunt. A grin appeared on her pale lips when she noticed his head nodding his own sinister grin making an appearance. Pleased that he had liked her idea she waited patiently for the boy to do what was suggested of him. Her head would tilt to the side as she noticed his long fingers outstretched and then suddenly clench into tight fists. She was still unaware of this power of his not seeing it before. She would watch as the men on the ship would act completely...insane. They would move around the ship in a hurried manner, some of them merely jumping over board while others ran off towards the dock. With the two Weres being the only things on the ship, other than the fish, she heard him snicker as a light melodic giggle was released.
"Of course...come on let us go home."
Using her telekinesis she would lift the barrel of the large fish and carry it behind them as she began to lead the way towards the ramp that brought them down to the dock. For a few moments a mist of rain began to fall down and while they walked she would undress, ripping the rubber coat and throwing away the hat, as she kicked off the boots. She was left in her sweats and sleeveless tank top. Long curly brown hair bounced behind her shoulder, his mark on her neck remained visible. While walking side by side her hand would reach out for his, content to hold it, for as long as he wanted. As they reached their home she would open the door and allow them to enter with the barrel following closely behind. Making it to the kitchen she would set the barrel down and pick up one of the monster sized fish, with her power still, and place it on the table for the boy. Gesturing towards the table she would sit at a chair and simply wait for him to begin eating, after all he was above her in rank and she would be breaking protocol if she ate at the same time as him. Yet as her deviant began to chow down she would notice the collar that remained wrapped tightly around his neck. Speaking softly when he was finished she her blue-grey eyes met his, hoping he would allow her to be touch him again.
"Tobi...you are still wearing that collar...no one owns you...may I take it off...please?"
