West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Do you ever stop to wonder if they love you?
When you look into the mirror do you see the truth?
D-Do the voices in your head still got you confused?
Do they make you wanna say...
I-I'm not who you think I am.
It's raining, the thick fog rolling in off the ocean to flood the city with its silvery tendrils. The faint echo of raindrops on concrete and metal a cacophony of liquid symphony. She walks, alone, within the streaming darkness as night descends upon the city. Shadows weaving to cover the night sky as the moon is all but forgotten behind a myriad of rain clouds.

The onslaught of rain sees Regan become damp and then steadily drenched as the night wore on. Her clothes clinging to her lithe frame, outlining the stretch and release of muscle as she moves. As a human, Regan is slight at best -- standing barely five feet tall. Yet there is something about her...something that spoke of barely restrained power. However, the wild gleam in her violet eyes would be all it took for anyone to understand that she was not altogether human. Especially on a night like this. The rain had always made her edgy and tonight was no exception.

The sound came first low, a bare rustle in the dark. At first she barely noticed it, thought it simply another animal wandering the back alleys. Then, the wind shifted. Her body tightened instinctively, a reserve of power spreading into her extremities. The scent of wolf permeated her senses but this was not Raven's. There was another wolf wandering this night. Interesting. Regan could not pass up this opportunity to stalk a stranger. She never could. Slipping into the surrounding shadows, the girl all but vanishes.

A few minutes later would find Regan about 15 feet away from the wolf, following her from the rooftops. She glides from one to the next as silent as the shadows she hides within. There she follows the wolf as she traverses the city. Careful to stay hidden, Regan is content to watch. For now.

More time passes, Regan's not really paying attention to anything but her new toy. Not that the wolf knew, as Regan is careful to stay downwind. However, this all changes when the wolf begins scrambling up a dilapidated building. Regan cocks her head to the side and raises an eyebrow questioningly. Apparently no one had told this girl that wolves weren't meant to climb. Stifling a silent giggle, she leaps silently onto the roof of the building currently being climbed and leans over an exposed hole. Her violet eyes burning in the darkness as she reaches out and taps the wolf on the back. Her face a mixture of confusion and amusement as she waits to see the girls reaction.

OOC: Sorry that this post sucks. I am still adjusting to new meds, but I didn't want you to have to wait any longer for a reply. :D
