West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

West

"Oh, my, that's just awful!" Allie whined as she crouched in the sand, the small scruffy terrier sat in the sand before her. She had recently learned from her conversations with the dog that he was blind, and his other senses had started failing him from being rather old. she had tried to reassure the animal that regardless of these things the woman that owned him still loved him dearly, and his senses would always be vastly superior to hers. But when faced with any sort of conflict Alaska always ended up backing down, wishing not to upset others. Luckily for her she was never really met with conflict as she rarely made conversation with anything that should walk on two legs, and animals were so easily distracted by the promise of food. It was a trait most animals shared that she quite enjoyed, knowing they were so easily distracted by her flaws with the promise of food.

Her mind quickly drifted from her conversation and her thoughts turned, unsurprisingly, to food. she would kill for some sushi right about now. Well, not literally kill. Allie was never capable of such an act, and would likely kill herself before ending another things life. Life was such a precious thing, and not to be taken for granted. For the most part she was completely vegetarian in her diet, all apart from the sushi addiction.
"Your mind somewhere else?" The Terriers words snapped her out of her blissful thoughts of sushi. She had learned so much about the four legged animal in the hour or so they were sat in the sand talking, but one thing she hadn't learned was a name. One of her odd little rules was, she wouldn't ask for names, but she would almost always give hers. She knew some people didnt like their full identities being known to her and that was something she accepted easily enough. "oh, yes, sorry..."she muttered, her pale cheeks flushing a bright red. the red of her cheeks when she blushed always seemed far brighter than it was against the pale of her skin. She looked as though she had never seen the sun in her life, but she had, and actually quite enjoyed being out on the sunny days of the year. She toyed idly with her hair, amethyst orbs staring blankly infront of her at nothing specific.

After a few more minutes, the dog had left her. His owners had named him biscuit, and he expressed in alot of colorful language that Allie had never heard in all one-hundred and fourteen of her years. But she and biscuit (who much preferred to be called James) had made a promise. If she saw anything that should worry him, she would make a long, high pitched whistle, and should he need her, he would bark three times. She had made such promises to animals before and had always kept them to the best of her abilities.

She watched James and his owners from the far side of the beach intently, having no interest in watching the waves. She would never understand how some people found watching the sea to be calming, as she always found it to be the opposite. Loud, noisy, and violent - All the opposite of calm. How long she had been watching before she heard the barking she didn't know, and quickly, but all the same calm, she made her way over.

James dropped a few paced back from the couple to speak with Allie, and quickly explained to her that he smelled something rather odd and his attempts at alerting the woman had failed. He pointed his nose in the direction which he smelled something and Allies gaze followed, her eyes locking on what she thought to be a man not too far off from them. Giving a small nod as a reply she headed over, stopping a few feet infront of the figure. She didn't give him a good looking over, the social anxiety taking over a part of her brain. Dont make eye contact. Dont stare. get it over with
"E-Excuse me..." she started, her voice so quiet she almost wondered if she could be heard. Gesturing toward the dog on the beach, she continued "To.. To no fa-fault of your own, I'm sure, you uhh... Seem to be disturbing my friend o-over there, James, he's called, the little terrier, well.... I was just... Just wondering... You wont hurt him will you?" Her amethyst eyes flicked upward for a second, before again moving her head in a small motion to have them hidden behind her white hair. She wasn't sure what answer she expected.
