The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was completely out of character to be spending time on another's territory without fully having permission. Yet it was not the Alpha that was accepting her presence within the central part of his claimed piece of land, rather it was his extreme loyal Beta giving her that right. Each night the lupine had been spending time with the spotted feline doing whatever sort of activity he wanted. From helping the boy 'organize' his bedroom after he had his tantrum to watching the boy, nervously, as he entered the ring. He had yet to lose and fight and really she had no reason to worry, but how could she not? He was her best friend, well, more than a best friend but she cared deeply for the male enough so that each night when they slept if a wound was still trying to heal she would take the pain away. Ever since she found out about Nadya she had been attempting to walk a fine line between the two, trying to hide her sadness from Tobias â€" afraid for him to see the fear she had. Entering the Ark at night had become much easier now that the staff was aware that she had some sort of affiliation with Tobias, apparently that came with a few perks. No more waiting in line. She could just walk up and the Hyena would simply let her pass. If she wanted a bite to eat she had a hard time trying to pay, because apparently 'orders' from the leopard told them she could eat for free. Thankfully she had managed to coerce one of the staff, an orange-eyed lynx, to take her money and keep it hidden form the feline. Raven had tried finding Tetradore but each time she tried to speak to him Tobias would pull her away telling her she couldn't interrupt while he was playing with his 'paper.' Then when she saw the emerald-eyed man in public something always seemed to go wrong and it just wasn't the right place or time to speak to him on this topic that she was hoping to finish. So, tonight...she decided it was now or never and she wouldn't be alone.
With dawn soon coming close with just another hour or two to spare the Ark had begun shutting down. The young woman was curled up in a ball up against the side of the dark-skinned boy, her eyes barely open as she remained still. It was only an hour or two before that the last round of the fighting went on and the boy managed to continue to hold his title after fighting off a wolverine and Tamsin devil. Every night she would sleep at his side, nervous that she was breaking an unspoken rule, the girl doubting very seriously that this would be deemed acceptable by the Alpha. Yet with Tobi curled against her he seemed to keep hold of her worries if only for a little while. With him sound fast asleep she managed to slowly crawl out of the hammock reaching the floor, and grabbing a hold of the hammock to keep it still before she slinked off and opened the door and quietly closed it behind her. Shifting back into her lupine form she lifted her smartly shaped head catching a familiar scent. Finding the stairs and walking down them her eyes caught the familiar figure of the violet eyed tiger. With a slight wag of her tail she moved quietly lowering her head to brush it against the others shoulder similar to how cats rub and greet one another a habit she picked up on. Taking a step back from Regan one ear tucked backwards in an anxious manner gently speaking to the tigeress.
"Do you think he'll still let me in...even if I tell him I am feral?"
Sadden blue-grey eyes shifted away from Regan's ashamed and worried that the results wouldn't necessary go in her favor. After mulling over her choice, for far too long, she was hoping everything would work out. It would be extremely beneficial if she was able to join a pack. Not necessarily for the benefits of having a safe place to stay, or the chance to have more food, but more than anything she just wanted to finally be accepted and belong somewhere. Whatever Regan had to say the lupine would simply nod and turn around leading the way towards the location she assumed the panther would be. Walking past his office where his scent was stale she let out a soft snort as she managed to catch a fresh trail following the corridor until she came to a door. With her telekinesis she opened it and climbed up the stairs once again using her power to open the last door, managing to find herself at the deck. Grey-trimmed ears twitched as she looked for any signs of the emerald man her banner swaying side to side behind her when she caught sight of him sitting at the bow. Grey paws barely made a sound as she walked across the deck lowering her head slightly. Why he was simply staring off to nothing she did not know, but he was facing east and perhaps he simply liked watching the sun come up. Perhaps this would be her only chance to speak up when everything seemed fine...for now. Having Regan at her side was comforting and she hoped it would make this process easier. Coming to a halt a few feet behind him her she would speak gently as she waited for the panther to turn around.
"You don't mind if we're up here...do you?"
