The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

"I know, but...Tetra needs it. You giving that to him is showing you are being a good friend...a good brother. He will come to you when he is ready."
There really was no other way to explain to the dark-haired boy that his best friend would need time to heal on his own terms. What Tobias did was unforgivable and yet in order for the two tom cats to move on such an action from Tetradore was needed. If she knew of a better way to fix this she would have shown the boy how to do it. Yet she was not Tetradore and she didn't have the answers that Tobias needed. So instead she did her best to explain that Tetradore would need some time to cope. Whether the boy liked that idea or not didn't matter- it was something he would have to do. Her hand continued to stay over his heart for a moment feeling the soft rhythmic beat of the blood pumping from one valve to the other. Explaining emotions to someone with a fractured mind was difficult, but even animals could comprehend emotions and Tobi was more animal than human so one day he may understand. Until then it would take time and she was more than willing to guide the boy to social norms such as emotions, what they mean, and what he needed to know about them in order to respond in an appropriate way. Seeing his chocolate eyes narrow on her hand touching him in such a vulnerable area made the girl slowly move it from his chest and turn it back to his hands- a place she knew where her touch would be received and tolerated. Her fingers would move at a slow pace, creating and tracing lines doing nothing but giving him a moment of peace allowing him to mumble and say things under his breath focusing on only her soft strokes over his hand accepting his own way of figuring things out. There was no need to rush, patience was key, and she had plenty of that stored up. While he tried to explain how he felt she simply stared at him in a non-judgmental way simply waiting for him to figure it out. It was when he gave out a rough snort folding his arms and bolting upwards did she speak up.
"Hot...you feel upset...you do not like something and you are frustrated...angry. This you are feeling right now, frustrated about this...you are angry, and we need to help make you not angry anymore."
Slowly she would get back on her two feet standing at her spot while he went to his corner grumbling. It was when his jumbled words were replaced with that smooth baritone voice did her head lift up slightly. What he was saying shouldn't have been intended for her, but she made note to mention this to someone that should have received such a kindhearted commitment proclamation. Rushing to his side and grabbing his hand so she could lock on those golden hued eyes. Raven knew that this was a fleeting and rare moment and she didn't want to give up this chance to reach him. It was rare for her voice to carry conviction, but the young woman was determined to help her companion see that although his actions were noble he did not have to blame himself for anything. As those golden flecks quickly began to disappear she couldn't help, but panic, completely terrified and sad that her words may not have truly reached him. While he began to return to his former self she lowered her head shaking it as she brought her fingers together wringing it in a nervous manner. Seeing that familiar start to crawl on his face only caused the girl to helplessly sigh. As the woman with cat ears came back to the room leaving the items at the threshold of Tobi's bedroom the lupine moved towards the girl calling out softly to her. Being an associate of Tobias may have made the girl stop and come back, the curly-haired woman requesting a few more items.
"Rope...thick rope to be good for an anchor and strong cables...do you mind getting some please?"
As the worker moved to grab the items, that had been kindly requested, Raven would grab some of the tarp and nets and brought them over to the corner that Tobi declared where the hammock would be set. Sitting on the floor she would begin to tie the nets together, her nimble long fingers easily tying firm knots quickly. With a nod of her head she threw the boy a tiny smile reassuring the boy that she would create him a hammock again.
"Of course I'll make your hammock."
It was question that had caught her off guard. For a moment she went still her hands not moving at all, but instead dropping the nets she was currently working on. That he would still want her at his side was odd. Just earlier he wanted nothing to do with her, he admitted to sleeping with another girl and she had already begun thinking how and when he would cast her to the side. That he wanted her to stay was a pleasing thing, grateful that he would want to, but she was hurt. True, they had not been dating at the time when he interacted with Nadya in such a physical and intimate way. Yet that didn't mean she wouldn't feel the complete sting from the truth. Blue-grey eyes would shift towards the male leopard her eyes holding his dark gaze for a moment as he stood there waiting tentatively for her reply. For a moment she could have sworn she saw those golden flecks reappear, her eyes traveling to his face studying it as she noticed the boys' face begin to falter. He was hurting and if she was going to continue being more than his girlfriend, or friend for that matter, then she would need to move forward and stay true to the promise she had made when she first agreed to his decision on their relationship. Giving him another small reassuring smile she nodded her head in agreement.
"I...If that is what you want I can."
Lowering her head and bringing her hands back up she would continue working on the nets, tying them together. As soon as the woman with cat ears returned once more to Tobi's front door the waitress would place the cables and thick rope to the ground before scurrying away. With the nets tied together she would get up and grab the rope and cables. Tying the tarp over the nets she would stretch it out, grabbing hold of the ropes and cables throwing them over the rafters above before she began to tie them to either pillar. As she worked and hoisted the hammock upwards for them she would pause for a moment looking at the only person she deeply cared for, shyly speaking aloud again.
"You know I'd do anything for you, right?"
