The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Well that threat seemed to work, a small grin of victory crossing Nadya's features at the internal win of threatening Tetra's wrath. Whether or not her brother would actually scold Tetra was unknown but Tobi believed he would and that was all that really mattered. She took a half-step away from Tobias, her gaze roving his body as he too took in the finished product minus the shoes. He was quite dashing in the outfit she chose, slightly dirty face and disheveled hair aside...which the hair could work to his advantage as that 'just rolled out of bed look' if he just cleaned up his face. "No, you don't look stupid...you look sexy." Nadya grumbled slightly in response to his complaint, she was pleased with herself no doubt but a part of her knew that her efforts on this canvas were also wasted because he would not see what others see. "Shoes..." She waits with arms crossed over her chest, watching him fumble and figure out the everyday items as if they were new inventions, watching the wheel turn in his head but questioning if the hamster was awake.
The horrendous but yet hilarious scene that follows has Nadya confirming that the hamster hadn't been at the wheel and perhaps had kicked the wheel over for good measure. The racks of meticulously pressed and hung clothes came toppling down with a great racket on top of poor Tobias. The young woman couldn't help it, she giggled at the scene, a light and airy sound before she bit at her bottom lip to force the laughter down. "You have to tie the laces silly." She stepped amongst the mess, picking the clothes off her fallen companion as if it were a search and rescue mission, seeing as Tobias seemed fit to simply lay beneath it in protest instead of pushing everything off. Once cleared she took his hand and helped pull him up to at least a sitting position, holding his hand still to dump half the contents of the food as promised onto his palm. "We'll go soon, it's my turn to get dressed now." Nadya quickly tied the laces to his shoes before taking off to the women's department of the store, having no intention on cleaning up the mess that had just been created; it would be the unfortunate soul of the opener to discover.
Nadya was like most other girls her age, a seemingly gravitational force pulling her to the expensive items and those that would make parents roll over in their graves and men pant after them. She had never been allowed to go her city's club and never been allowed to wear exposing clothes, so her choice in outfit was almost...predictable. Nadya had barely skimmed through the racks, finding her outfit like a metal detector, wasting no time in stripping her clothes and replacing it with the purple corset-top dress with a wedge cut out of the side of the trail to give an eyeful of her long legs. By the time Nadya wandered back to Tobias she was slipping on some black "fuck-me" pumps she had found on display, first one, then balancing on one foot momentarily to slip the other on, hardly missing a beat as the pumps gave her a couple more inches height. "Here, zip me up." Nadya pivoted in front of Tobias, raking her hand through her hair, musing it before bunching it over her shoulder to bare her back to him where she had only been able to drag the zipper halfway up.
