West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Regardless of the tranquility that existed within the features of his companion, Tetradore knew all too well the side effects of leaving the sharp pointed star embedded within his companion's skin. If not removed it would become so deeply apart of him that every single movement of his leg might offer a resounding pain that he hardly wished upon his friend. It was enough to cause Tetradore to risk the loyalty and trust of their friendship which seemed to transcend time and space. Tetradore's emerald gaze remained steadfast upon the dark ones of his companion, watching and waiting for the permission he is half certain he would be denied. It didn't matter though - in the end he would have that star no matter the cost. Still, he was willing to wait, to see if the matter could be resolved without shattering everything between the pair. He watched as the boy's teeth tugged at his lip in a gesture that was all together new for the man, yet Tetradore hardly saw fit to comment on it, simply waiting for the boy's reaction to his rather blunt truth. He took the release of his wrist as a sign that Tobias had accepted what must come next though he paused at the mention of the liquid he knew the lanky deviant so abhorred. Tetradore knew all too well of this hatred of water, having to endure it every so often when he forced the boy to shower and did his best to reassure that there would only be a little of it.

He watched in silence as the boy rose his hand to his neck, Tetradore's gaze flickering briefly to the wound that he had permanently left upon Tobias' skin. A small frown flittered across his features though whatever regret he might have held was still too easily overwhelmed by the residual anger of what the his sibling had done behind his back. It was a matter he was actively striving to get over, one that still thwarted him if he dwelt too much on it. He watched as the boy offered his leg, his arms crossing over his chest though Tetradore knew far too much of the deviant and his mannerisms to truly believe whatever attempts he made to be non-threatening. He could quite visibly see the tenseness in his shrews, he could still feel the anxiety within the air. His hand reached down towards the star, pausing only by the boy's broken lyrics once more. His emerald eyes glanced up, his eyebrows furrowed for but a brief moment before clarity shed light on exactly what he was referring to. "No, no locked door...this time." He stated quite simply, offering the promise of at least this even though he sincerely doubted the leopard would want to spend time with him after what was only moments away from occurring.

Never the less, the man reached for the ninja star, pausing just before his fingers grasped it's slick and sharp surface. "It would help if you relax." He commented softly, knowing all too well that the point was probably moot to begin with. "Think about Raven..." Tetradore attempted, to some measure to help put the boy at ease, drawing upon his quite clear attachment to the peculiar female. He hoped, maybe, that it was enough to distract him but in the end, he wasn't sure even she would be able to dissolve the pain he was about to inflict. He waited only a moment longer, just enough that the boy might be able to do as he said before his fingers firmly gripped the star, pulling it out with a sharp tug if only to attempt to pluck the thing from his flesh as quickly as possible. There would be no going easy with this. No going slow. He had but one chance and he knew it all too well.
