The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The last time she had seen Isolt was at the Masquerade party. That particular night didn't end on such a high note. Thanks to Frost and a bow-happy Dark Hunter the party had gone south extremely quickly. She wanted to apologize to Isolt, but time had gotten away from both of them. She was busy with her daily routine of entertaining and teaching Tobias to helping Tetradore out with the paperwork and finances for the Ark. She would have gone to Isolt a while ago, but ever since the attack, she hardly got out of her room let alone the Ark itself. These four walls made up her personal sanctuary. Back when she lived among her old pack she kept herself within the cage after a rough night. It was not comfortable living behind those cold steel bars, but it helped keep them out when some members of her pack wanted to have a little fun. Here within her private quarters she was safe from anyone that would want to cause her harm, but she also blocked away the members of her own pack. She was not happy with the fact that she was pushing them away, and even though she tried not to, she was also disappointed that they hadn't made any effort to stop her. She could not blame them, and she wouldn't, but she wished someone could at least see she was trying to reconnect with everyone, she just needed a little help.
Literally opening the door and allowing Isolt entrance within her humble quarters was a decent first step. The sounds of the jubilant sounds from the crowd watching the fight could be heard, but as soon as the door closed the sounds from below stopped. Within her quarters the sounds were muffled and it helped the young woman shut out everything going on outside those walls. Even though she was within the Ark she was swift with the locks, placing them back in their location, assured that this particular measurement was reasonable. It was not difficult to notice how Isolt seemed entranced with the black and blue splotches that were stained along her skin. Nervously her fingers grabbed hold of the other as the twisted and turned, a nervous habit that she could not get rid of, unsure what Isolt would have to say. Already she had suffered from Tobias' rather blunt and obstructive tempers and the last thing she needed to deal with was another yelling match. Hearing Isolt begin the conversation with a concerning tone was enough to bring her anxiety levels down a bit as she headed towards the hammock and sat on it. Gently she swayed her legs back and forth to allow the hammock to rock back and forth in a comforting manner as she placed her hands in her lap, briefly looking up at the red-headed vampire.
"I think Tetradore and Tobias are okay, but you would have to ask them. As for me...it is okay you were not there. It was a spur of the moment and I am sure if you were here that night you would have done something."
Shaking her head her eyes drifted to the floor a bit embarrassed by the whole thing. It didn't do her pack well if outsiders were aware of the attack. It just gave away their weakest link and it didn't help that she was beaten up by a prey animal. Sure, he had cheated, but that didn't mean everyone would believe the story. How Isolt found out she did not know, but it was at this moment that she found herself not too pleased with her species. She knew she had to go out and about in public and act as if everything was okay, but she just wasn't quite ready just yet. Mumbling softly she briefly looked up towards Isolt unsure with what else the vampire had heard through the grapevine.
"I don't like how chatty the Were community is...I was hoping not many would know."
