West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

The concern over whether or not Frost was editable wasn't really anything to truly argue about. Raven was assured that if Frost was close to death, and Tobias was responsible for it, the spotted leopard would do whatever he wanted. Spending the majority of her time with the boy it was simple to see he relied more on his instincts than his human side. It would not matter if she told him he should or shouldn't eat Frost, because right now Frost wasn't dead in front of them and in her opinion, this particular argument was pointless. As for Raven protecting Tobias from being blamed for everything, that was rather more important than debating whether or not the were-horse could be eaten, because truthfully none of this was his fault. Bearing her teeth at Nadya was all that she could do to get her own point across. She could not physically attack her, not just because she was still overcoming the damage Frost had done, but because she didn't feel necessary to resort to violence. The spitting hiss from the female feline was ignored as she pressed herself into Tobias calming him down. A grey-trimmed ear flick when she heard him purring, but as he turned to leave, she followed after him, leaving a soft reply to remind Nadya that there was a reason why he couldn't just 'grow up.'

"He is different."

Quietly she followed after her spotted companion settling herself underneath the life boat. Laying on top of the netting, she placed her head down, trying to make herself comfortable. Though she felt the netting being yanked around and her eyes scanned to see the reason why. Finding the kittens playing with some of the netting she gently moved the netting away from the kittens with her telekinesis, allowing the two to chase after it. Eyes would briefly look to see Tetradore and Nadya facing one another, unbothered by their private conversation, she returned her focus on the kittens. Getting back up she sat near the kittens, continuing to move the netting around to keep them playing, until she heard Nadya's voice again. Swinging her head around she titled it to the side confused and concerned. As the leopard leapt out from the lifeboat she quietly, and slowly, followed after him finding herself standing beside the spotted cat. Lowering her head, uncomfortable with talking about the were-horse, as she softly explained her thoughts on the matter.

"Nadya, you are right about Frost. Every time I ran into him he was bullying someone or starting a fight, just so he could get his way. When I ran into him bullying Alexis he made a threat against us. He tried to kill me and I'm sure he'd try that on anyone else in his way, including you. You aren't thinking about leaving us, are you?"
