Mal- I think it could be very neat for Anna to have had a hand in their deaths. Basically they were lead into a basement where resistance soldiers opened fire on them... maybe Anna lead them there somehow? Perhaps one of those "games" she loves to play. ;) And we could certainly have another meeting with Askaree and Nadya, sans Frost or with him.
