She would only give 'fake' if someone like harassed her for a dark potion or something since she is against selling those I think otherwise all her remedies are pretty good for different forms of healing, although we could always say someone pestered her blah blah and it got back to him and he thinks she is a fake but she isn't thus causing some mutual dislike :D although frenemies would be potentially fun too! Since he is into darker stuff she would look down on him yet they are somewhat alike! And as for slow I am totallllyyy fine with that I tend to be super slow myself
