So the database should be able to pull your points even with just the name Pan. I think the reason it hasn't been able to is because you posted it as 'p.a.n.'. So it doesn't associate that with Pan because it counts the periods. I would try it without the periods once to see if it catches it. Otherwise, it does alert us that you posted and how many points you should have earned for us to add in manually, we're just significantly slower on manual adding in points but that doesn't mean you won't get them! Either way, you shouldn't have to track them :-)
