As Megan said, we do receive notifications of points that we have to manually post. Basically, the database can't find her because of the name your using in the name field. When there are two names present, the database assumes the second name is her last name, not middle name so it get's confused. We can be a bit slow at manual point updates, admittedly. Sooo, you're welcome to continue using her current name and we'll just add them all manually or you can change the name your posting with and the database should be able to catch it.

It's totally up to you what you want to do! I just thought it might be nice to explain why it's being all finicky for you :-) We don't mind doing them manually at all!
