Kat would be interested in being on the council. She's all about discipline and knowing all the rules of what she is.

The Ark does sound like a cool idea even though I doubt Alexis would ever want to go there, haha xD Still, you could hold battles there for pack alphas and such in case someone wants to step up and take over from someone else plus weres could hold training sessions there or just have sparring battles to train. It could be the cool were hang out like bars are for humans.

I like knowing what's going on but not in a way that I'll interject my opinion on everything or try to sway the ideas you already in play. Like Kite and Jaily, I have no doubt that you have the most awesome ideas in store for us and I trust that but if you want to share your epic ideas or ask opinions, you should feel free to since you'll make us all excited and held in suspense until it's actually happening.
