Though it is not out of the question for your vampire to open his own place later on, I have an alternate suggestion... The VooDoo Room, it is currently owner-less. If you think he might be interested in becoming owner of this you can still have all your underhanded dealings. We would just prefer to have our current operations claimed rather than add another.
