I actually read that in the rules right after I sent it in xD whoops. And would it still be alright to change the details of a power? I believe Cryokinesis is pretty general (by the way I totally don't remember what I requested in the update about this or if I even requested a detail change >.>) and I'd like it to specifically be fluid-based. If I still need points for that, it's totally cool, I'll start saving! :D
