Thread Closing Information >>

So! It's come to my attention that like no one knows about this nifty "thread" closing thing so here's a little lesson to inform you!
When you have completed a thread with someone, you can close the thread. What does a thread being closed mean? It means that the thread can no longer be responded to by anyone (no more spammers popping inactive threads to the top anymore!) and it removes it from your character's "recent threads" profile...because...you know...it's done.
So! How do we close threads? Only the person who starts the thread can close or open a thread (yes, threads can be reopened if they are prematurely closed). To open or close a thread, you have to have placed a password on your thread starting post. When you view this thread starting post, up at the top next to "Edit Post", you'll see a handy link that says "Close Thread" (or reopen depending on the thread's status). All you have to do is click this link and enter the password associated with the topic starting post and BAM! The thread's closed.
So! Don't forget to officially close your threads after completing them so everything can be kept all nice and tidy :D
