The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

"He is here...I know.....I find...things. I will...find him."
He simply does not have the words to explain his ability, his own unique power in this or the instinct within himself that assures him without question that the person he pursues is within this city at the very least. He has followed the same scent for fifteen years, relentlessly pursued this hunt as no other has, his unique ability facilitating such a thing. He knows he is right, knows that Tetra is here and yet locating him exactly is proving to be difficult, his scent hard to find and yet still the boy continues. His mind is obsessive in some manner, his fractured ability to understand resulting in a volatile nature and yet one that is equally possessive of the things he believes are his own. Perhaps he had been Tetra's 'pet' in a fashion, perhaps the emerald-eyed boy had thought of him as such and yet, to his mind, Tetra had been just as much his own, his sister having fallen much into this same category by association. That he has found one of his two pack mates assures he is unwilling to lose sight of her again, content to protect her as he believes he should, after all, she belongs to Tetra in some fashion and Tobias had always guarded the other boys belongings. He has guarded his toy for fifteen years and indeed will guard his sister just as long if he must. There is so little of society he understands, stuck within a world he cannot fully seem to fathom, his animalistic nature far more dominant then whatever humanity he still clings to and yet, within himself some sense of loyalty still exists, some sense of belonging he desperately seeks to find.
Her fingers reach to take the plate from him, eyes narrowing slightly at her evident desire to waste what he believes to be a perfectly good carcass, dark eyes drifting back to her own, oblivious to her desire to rid some of the ebony tresses from his eyes as he watches her still, head tilting at the sound of her voice as his mind struggles to perceive her meaning before he nods, frowning once more at her final words. Get cleaned up? This- he does not like the sound of, though indeed he has hardly been clean in years, has near forgotten the sensation entirely and yet fails to understand how his being clean will help find Tetra. His intense fear of water making any form of cleaning ridiculously difficult. Her sudden reach towards his hand sees the appendage pulled hurriedly back, fathomless dark eyes glaring towards her now, clearly disapproving of any efforts to touch him- at least, in this moment. He is...difficult to tame, unwilling to allow any but those he trusts implicitly to lay a hand upon him, to many years at the hands of to many harsh people resulting in this response and yet....he remains in her presence all the same, doing little more than pulling his hand away. He is not ready for her to touch him and yet- he is willing to be near her all the same.
That the young woman had evidently decided to 'keep him' is a pleasing thing to his mind, the tall young man lifting himself up easily, content to follow the girl, after all, she had found cooked meat and as such he has decided she is of use, dark eyes watching her slender, feminine form as she slings her backpack over her shoulder, grabbing the apple ball and heading across the street. He waits until she begins to walk away, until she is sure he will not turn around before reaching for what remains of the turkey, stepping up and onto the garden box she had been seated upon, placing the carcass within the tree......as any big cat would do- saving it for later. For a moment a satisfied smile touches his lips, black locks falling back into his face as he moves to follow obediently behind the girl, content to be hers until his Leader can be found.
-Sure, go on ahead and post at River Dale, he will follow ;) -
