The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
She stalked or even slinked like a predator - apredator beyond an occassional meal. She stared straight through him; menacing and promising a good time. For her. It was more like he was entertained by her circling them as though he were a threat to her scheme. With everything she was this vampress exuded the peril that she was. To the point that it felt purposeful; wanting to leave no doubt as to how lethal she may be. Consumed in her gifts, image and making others shake in their boots. It tickled and intrigued the Romanian rascal, he yearned only to know more. He chuckles at her words, watching her plush lips form them.
"Either you have a master plan or you have many enemies." His eyes flashed dangerously.
Everyone had a vice.
Releasing the man she claimed as hers, his eyes flicker up to her own. The man begins to scuffle on the damp cement, sputtering for sympathy. When the other vampire speaks again, Amor chuckles. "Oh no darling, I am well aware of what Sacrosanct has to offer it's inhabitants." It was his turn to encircle her, her and her huddled mess of a dinner. "I have no doubt you are as lethal as you want me to believe." He stops in front of her once more, where he once stood. Turning on heel, he faces her. "It was your sense of humor that I overestimated."
While he spoke she used her ability to frighten the man further. Hilarious that no one was coming to his aid; the supernatural here seem to have a better hold on the humans than his last location. It only provoked his scheming mind; pushed him closer to finally implementing his own "master plan". For despite his calm demeanor, Amor was touched graciously by madness. With a dash of determination and enough muscle, it could all come into fruition. The first step was about to be taken and not even by him.
"It's simple darling." he pauses, his eyes flickering between hers. He contemplated giving her a bullshit answer or even just walking away - she was now stuck with her kill regardless. But of course if he wanted to eventually gain her trust, he should offer simple truths. "Business." He grins again.
