The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Nadya Tetradore
It felt truly therapeutic to have someone she could talk to, especially about something that weighed so heavily on her heart. A third party of sorts as she knew Sebastian would always be honest with her, good or bad. The pair of them had never really done any heart to heart type of talking. Their times together were limited and back then Nadya hardly wanted to talk about her brother and Tobias being kept by Risque. It had been all about getting away from reality and enjoying herself. Nadya tucked a lock of hair behind her ear as she watched Sebastian lay back on the stage to contemplate everything she spoke of.
Slowly she shrugged a shoulder. "I can get him to do a great many things but I'm not sure that it's possible anymore, not with what happened between them." It was true that Frost did a lot he normally wouldn't to please Nadya but with the animosity between the Alphas she highly doubted her brother would even entertain the idea of allowing Frost to show his resolution in his care for Nadya. It was a complicated mess that Nadya wished the males would see reason on. But that wasn't how dominant males were wired was it. "Yes, family is everything. I just wish it wasn't an ultimatum. It doesn't have to be. It seems like only one side making it so and that's the part that hurts my heart the most." With a sigh the young woman's attention diverted from the vampire to the floor. "Family comes first." The topic was hard to think on for very long so was easy enough to drift to the business.
It was hardly halfway through Sebastian's assertion that his boyfriend is useless at music that Nadya felt an odd tug at the pack bond. Everything else her ex-lover said was lost on her as she froze and furrowed her brows in concentration. That tug became like a singing tightwire setting her whole body alight with panic. Something was wrong...she had to find her brother. Nadya's attention snapped back to the present, "Uh...Sebastian. I...I have to go. There's uhm, something..I really have to- there's danger. Thank you for stopping by. You should do it more often." She bent down, brushing a chaste kiss to the corner of Sebastian's lips before sliding off the stage onto the main floor, "Have a drink on the house just push in the hook on the door bar before leaving so it locks behind you." With that Nadya fled from the burlesque where halfway to the West the searing pain of the loss of her Alpha would rip her feline form to the surface.
