The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

"Well, if you stopped losing your pants...maybe I wouldn't have to get you some...you know he hunts me all the time...I do not like him."
A blunt reply was given to the deviant as the unusually hulk sized wolf stood at his side, slate eyes narrowed and focused on the dark-haired deviant. Though when the topic went to Azrael her tone was much softer almost in a piteous way. If there was one creature that she wholly despised with every unnatural fiber in her body, it was that blonde prick. He was the only one that ever threatened her life. How could she forget? One of his traps had gotten her front paw keeping her confined like a sitting duck. If it wasn't for her survival instincts kicking in to get herself out of the trap, or that cunning mind of hers to plan out a clever surprise counter-trap, then Azrael would have never fallen into his own trap. She would not forget the joyous sound when steal metal teeth snapped tightly on the Dark Hunter's boot, confidence instantly swelling within her, as she watched the boy caught, stuck, and at her mercy. Of course if she could hold his gun with her paws she would have shot him to death. Yet the Witch girl that was in the similar bad situation didn't have it in her to shoot him, especially after he shot at her and Raven managed to mess up his aim and keep the Witch from getting hit. When he managed to slip himself free he left behind a boot, and ever since then, this cat and mouse game began. Always she could smell him, always she knew he was nearby, and she always made it a point to elude from him as much as possible. Though tonight she had accidentally stumbled upon him with his pants down, as to how she would keep that private and embarrassing reason on the down low, but Tobi needed a new pair of jeans...and how could she resist? As the Dark Hunter began to slowly unravel from his self-control after speaking in his mind, black lips pulled back as a frank response was given to him.
"It is how I talk...you wouldn't understand me if I didn't...sorry"
Although the apology didn't sound so sincere it was difficult for her to show any sort of sympathy towards a species that had done nothing but irritated her. A few nights ago some Italian female Dark Hunter simply sauntered into the bar where she was quietly reading, minding her own businesses, and this complete stranger simply stated she was there to kill her. The Dark Hunter did not tell her this because it was her natural need to kill, rather it was because she was told to hunt her in particularly. Which was odd, because she hadn't attacked anyone. Her head and neck lowered, partly to protect Tobi and partly to take one good warning snap at the Dark Hunter, but before she could snap at him her head would stay in place as Tobi began to stroke her neck gently Puzzled she simply stood there, her growls dying as her head would slowly tilt in a confused manner by this action. He had never stroked her fur like this, always she thought because she was canine and her scent was foul he wouldn't perform this act, but she was oddly content with this new action. Always she was the one petting him. As the WereLeopard announced her, jaws dropped as a thick snarl coiled at the back of her throat giving her own form of 'greeting' but her jaw would shut tightly as Tobi continued his form of an introduction. A disdain snort came out of her nose as that warm air would move his dark locks, slightly annoyed at his comment that she spoke too much. Pointing her head down, her muzzle would gently poke at his shoulder, although for her size it seemed she roughly shoved him. Calm words gently touching her friend's mind with an air of fatigue, tired of correcting him all the time.
"I am not yours...I am a loner."
Feeling his long fingers grip her softer thick ebony and grey fur she would stand still for a moment completely shocked as she felt the boy hoist himself on top of her. Taking a step back, unused to this feeling, her neck would swing side to side as she felt his body get closer to his head. Her head would turn to the side, blue-grey eyes looking at the boy with a bewildered expression on that mutilated face of hers. Her shoulders would move around unused to this new found weight, unsure whether she was supposed to simply throw him off or allow him to stay. That familiar scent of something burning filled her nose and her head would sharply turn to focus on the Hunter. Hackles began to rise as she felt Tobi start to swell, that instinctual detection that he too was getting defensive. Once more that thunderous growl would rumble, and perhaps the deviant boy lounged on top of her might be able to actually feel her massive form shake with fury as her muscles began to coil and tighten, ready to attack or flee if needed. But as the fire began to die down the growling would cease, but her colossal frame remained taunt and ready to act at a moment's notice. Perhaps before the Dark Hunter was changed he was an excellent saggar. Hearing the loud clap from Tobi's hands caused the girl to flinch, unsure if that was an order or not. As his long fingers gently pulled one of her grey trimmed ears, a soft whine came as one paw rose to whack him gently, not pleased with him being too loud.
"He attacks with fire."
That he would think a Dark Hunter with this particular...gift...was completely abhorrent to her. They needed to get away. That primal need of being near another predator, knowing full well that he could attack at any moment only made her anxious. Though that built up adrenaline that was flowing in her veins seemed to slowly dissipate. With Tobi acting nonchalant about the Hunter and his long fingers gently stroking behind her ear, an action that pleased the girl indefinitely, allowed her form to slowly be at ease. Grey trimmed ear would twitch every now and then when his fingers would hit that right spot, causing the girls fluffy soaked tail to sway back and forth, her own way of showing she was happy unable to purr to show Tobi her satisfaction. However, a disdain snort would come from her once more as she shook her head, not pleased to hear the boy still wanted to associate himself with the Hunter. Slate eyed would narrow at the invitation of playing a game with the Hunter reached her ears, her head turned quickly around, her eyes searching for her companion's dark hued ones, her voice easing into his mind and the Hunter's, her tone much more softer holding a bit of apprehension in her tone.
"I do not trust him...what if he attacks like Azrael."
She was in the undeniable belief that the Hunter would rather play his own sick twisted game than whatever crazy idea her abnormal companion had.
