East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya could only offer Henry some sort of insight to what it was he was dealing with, both in respect to what he would be doing to her brother and how her own pain had led her down the same attempt to make it all go away. She had chosen the only way she knew how at the time which was to disappear into her panther form. It seemed Henry was still vehemently against such a thing. It really wasn't healthy the way he seemed to still fight this life. Whether or not he wanted it, it was here now and fighting it was only going to make it worse. "If you really want control over your panther and all was its instincts then you need to not fight it so much. You have to become one before you can be in control. Once you understand how it thinks then you can change what happens. It becomes your voice instead of its voice." Nadya finished her drink and pushed the empty glass to the other side of the bar.

She questioned him about hunting. It was a natural release for a predators endorphins and pent up energy. It could help him think more clearly in the end. If he learned how to move as one with it then he could control its movements instead of the other way around. The more lucid he became the better. Obviously her brother was spread too thin and hadn't taken to pushing his vector. "Come on. Let's get out of here. I know where we can go where humans don't." Nadya motioned for Henry to get up and get going. "Hunting isn't always about a kill, Henry. It's just as much about the journey. You're my brother's vector which means in part my brother. He's busy and I'm not." She looked at him expectantly with hardly an option to deny.
