The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Dark Hunter Department
The City of Sacrosanct's Dark Hunter Department's primary concern is the safety of all of Sacrosanct's residences. Their public safety responsibilities include code enforcement and supernatural crime prevention. The Sacrosanct Dark Hunter's Department follows the directions of the International Dark Hunter Council and serves as a local point of contact for any Dark Hunters working within the Council's ranks.

I-I'm not who you think I am.
Turns out it was harder to get a job than Regan had anticipated. Apparently being a mute shifter with an obvious attitude and authority problem, presented issues in the work force. Who knew?
A few days passed with Regan searching for a job when she heard talk of Tetradore's sister opening a Burlesque place. She'd be in need of assistance...and Regan put her hopes in Nadya's needing someone with her particular...skill set. A short time later, Regan was dressed in black skinny jeans and a blank tank top. Black combat boots adorned her feet and with deft hands she strapped her two swords to her back. With dexterous fingers she braided her hair and secured it with an elastic. She was officially dressed to be presented in public and she was none too pleased. Oh well. Sometimes you had to suffer clothes in order to protect a modesty that was no longer applicable.
The walk to the Burlesque club was easy if not moderately amusing. Apparently walking around with swords strapped to your back got you a few interesting looks. Though Regan was used to people gawking at her. Usually it was because they noticed her scars. Or the fact she was a massive tiger wandering the streets. That always garnered a few odd looks. She shrugged it off in a manner that suggested she had years of practice with it and she had.
A few minutes later and she was grasping the handle of the door to the club. Regan's violet eyes widened when she glanced around and took in the multitude of people already lingering and hoping for a job. Regan glanced at the wall with the job openings and grabbed the flyer marked for a bouncer. Walking up to Nadya she handed her the flyer and pointed to her chest.
