The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Samantha Cassidy
Weeks into working at the burlesque, the overwhelming sensation of the multitude of emotions was still enough to give Samantha a headache the moment that she stepped into the building. It was the sensation of being blinded with thousands of bright, blinking lights all in your face, only the lights were inside of you and pulsed repetitively against your skull. Still, the young fae managed to keep a smile on her face as she bustled around the floor going table to table. She'd gotten used to the hustle of the place and the way she was able to get from table to table with relative ease. She'd been pointed in the direction of the table near the back and she'd spent a moment observing them from afar. There was something different about them, something that Samantha couldn't quite put her finger on. Still, there was something intimidating about the duo. She walked up to the table slowly, plastering a smile on her features as she did so.
Immediately, Samantha felt nervous under the gaze of the young woman. The intense blue gaze of the woman was enough to make the girl apprehensive, but it was the strong feelings of Lust that seemed to pour off of the two of them was enough to make the girl nauseous. It was overwhelming, and it took everything Samantha had to not turn around and walk away. She certainly didn't love the way the girl's eyes looked at her as though she was ready for a hunt. Samantha reached up nervously, pushing her hair behind her ear. "I'm Samantha, I'll be your waitress tonight. What are--" She stopped, correcting herself. "Who are you?"
