The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

I keep going to the river to pray. Willow didn't understand why she felt the need to defend the vampire against the hold pack of hunters, the thought never crossed her mind that maybe he might even try and kill her himself but when she thought back to Isolt and how she had saved her without even needed to think about it Willow had been saved. She knew she wasn't going to follow him around protecting the male but she did keep him from being holy water and she liked to believe that she just saved everyone of the hunters asses right there. She was happy to see the small smirk on his lips when she talked to him proving that she really wasn't angry with her for saying that, everything in her body was telling her she was being much to trusting and that this vampire could turn on her at any moment like Master did but Willow just couldn't bring herself to be afraid of him. In this moment she felt more threatened by the hunters then she did the vampire at her back who could easily snap her neck from where he was standing. She watched the faces of the hunters turn to confusion when she continued to stand up for the male standing behind her, then one tried to attack the vampire attempting to go around her, Willow was having none of that and forced herself between them shoving him back. The white haired woman let her eyes follow the hunters as they gave the male once last thread and walk off, she looked over at the vampire seeing that he kept his eyes on the hunters clearly not trusting them to not come back. While he was so focused on the hunters Willow took this chance to look him over, he was fairly bigger than her in very way even though most people were. Willow was tiny both in height and weight and this man out did her in both those categories, he was clearly eight to nine inches taller than her causing her to have to crane her neck to look up at him. Willow let her eyes drifted over his body, shit he could have crushed her with his hands alone. She looked up at his face too see that he was now looking at her with this blue eyes, Oops she got caught. She went to say something before he commented on her being wet causing Willow to stop and look down at her slightly wet clothes, a ghost of a smile appearing on her lips. "Thanks Captain Obvious" She pulled on her black long sleeved shirt and used the sleeve the wipe her face trying to get rid of most of the holy water that was thrown at her. She looked back up at him scanning him to see if he had gotten any burns, "You okay?" Willow wasn't sure why she felt so inclined to worry about him but she knew pain all to well and didn't like seeing other people hurt if she could have stopped it, Willow had tried to stop it and she hoped he was okay now. She noted the little itty bitty burns on his arm but she knew they would heal quickly, she had taken most of the holy water because she knew it would do nothing but annoy the crap out of her versus it hitting him and hurting him.
