East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The alarm that suddenly appeared on Ollie's face confused Amaya. She frowned, the dismay evident on her face. Her eyes searched Oleander's face for a moment, trying to see if she had completely misread their entire interaction so far. Had she been far more drunk than she thought she was? Was she trying to see more than what was really there? Had she been led on, or was she leading herself on? She saw the moment of sadness in the the blue eyes that looked back at her, and her confusion increased.

The natural smile flickered back onto her face and she let her hand be captured. It solidified itself again as she typed information into the device. "Sure!" She answered as she titled herself 'Captain Amaya' in the phone above her number. Pushing her hat back to clear her vision she handed phone back to the other witch. Even if she felt sure that Ollie was going to actually use that number, she could not completely wipe the lingering disappointment from her features. "See you around, okay?" Her voice tried to remain cheerful, as did her face. On the other side of the counter, the bartender lifted an eyebrow and set to work making another Mojito and placing it in front of her, for which she greatful. "I hope you have a good rest of your night." Sobered up slightly (a state that would be reversed by the end of the Mojito), she was able to give her a genuine smile. No matter the outcome, she did sincerely wish the witch who caused sparks in her to have a wonderful night, wherever she went.
