The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
The whole situation might have been laughable were the two not so very serious. They each played not so different games, and yet they remained oblivious to the other's intentions. Their focus on each other clouded the bigger picture, the sensual energy that radiated between them drowning out anything else. It was a complicated sort of blissful, for despite being rather cryptic they were both distinctly forward about certain aspects of their intent and the werewolf found she rather enjoyed it. A certain game of cat and mouse as it were, but who was who had yet to be determined.
She could sense his movement as she leaned toward him, his body contouring around hers in a way that brought more than one carnal image to the forefront of her mind and had her skin turning to goosebumps as she whispered in his ear. The feel of his lips so close to the sensitive skin on her neck had her in an odd tangle of fear and desire that heightened every sense and made it near impossible for her to pull away. His breath tickling her tan flesh along with the heavy innuendo was almost too much however and she pulled back just enough to bring her hazel eyes back to his. A hooded darkness lingered in that crystalline gaze that she was almost positive would be mirrored in her own that just continued the thrill.
He shrugged off her question but answered it dutifully enough, it told her that he was obviously rather familiar with their red haired host, and perhaps she was more of is same breed seeing as those types tended to stick together. It was easy enough to forget what exactly he was, they were both 'others' from the rest of the world and despite their many differences in that regard they are the same. Besides she had her own unique set of skills that she didn't doubt would come in handy if his intentions proved less than favorable. She hoped, however, not all of his intentions were pure.
Despite being a rather forward question, and one that most would find simple enough to answer, she let a pause linger between them as she chewed the edge of her lip thoughtfully. It was rather obvious one would think what a good time would mean to the pair of them, but his insistence only made her want to prolong the game, after all foreplay was often the best part, building the tension and anticipation until neither of them would be able to stand it. She wanted, needed him to want it just as badly as she would.
As she finishes she reaches for his hand, prepared for the cold pallor of his skin but finding it to be the most intriguing contrast to the higher than normal heat of her own. With playful force and a devilish smile on her lips she pulls him toward the dance floor where more than a few bodies already move in time to the rhythmic thrum of the movement. To be honest she wasn't typically a big fan of dancing, but it would be a good excuse to put her hands all over him and have him do the same. Theirs was a chess match in a ways, each moving around the other but it could only last so long and she hoped they were nearing the checkmate.
