The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
Sebastian remembered the eve of their meeting with such painful clarity - every single detail still sprayed across the canvas of his mind. That alone was altogether unique for the man. After all, he met many souls on many of nights and they passed in and out of his life without so much of a thought. But not Darien. He had somehow left an imprint upon Sebastian. The vampire hadn't forgotten the way that judgmental business man had smashed his fist into Darien's face, nor had he forgotten that look that had crossed the fae's features in reaction. He hardly wanted the fairy to come under any such harm again - the vampire almost protective of the man in a way he never had been of anyone else before. Still, he hadn't realized how much of an effect that singular statement might have upon his companion - the man only aware of the fashion at which his heart seemed to beat just a little bit faster. This, however, could easily have been caused by a plethora of things and so, instead, Sebastian merely focused on the small talk that did exist between them on their way to this 'shitty motel' as Darien had called it.
Frankly, Sebastian had frequented more then enough of his fair share of such establishments. He nearly had visited every motel within the city at some point or another. The description alone could explain any one of them. Never the less, he followed Darien into a rather familiar looking facade of what was indeed a rather dingy looking establishment. His blue tinged gaze slowly glanced around the interior of the building before the vampire followed closely behind and through the maze of doors for the one they were seeking. The elevator was certainly peculiarly difficult to locate, for a motel, this one surely being one of the worse laid out ones he'd been in to date - not that it terribly mattered much to begin with. After all, once upon a time he'd frequented hovels and they were hardly sanitary by any means.
Regardless, Sebastian watched as the doors of the elevator slid open before them with the press of a single button. He was hardly oblivious to the backwards glance he was given or the coy smile that crossed Darien's lips and all too willingly the man returned the grin with a warm simper of his own. He settled across from Darien in the elevator, leaning nonchalantly against the cold metal walls with his hands shoved in his pockets. Inquisitively, he watched the button the fae pressed, his gaze momentarily drifting upwards towards the numbers on the screen overhead before Sebastian felt the familiar weight of eyes crawling down his fit figure. It drew the vibrancy of his own blue irises, his gaze merely settled on watching the fairy with a small ghost of a knowing smile tugging at the corner of his lips. He knew well that Darien was watching him but he could hardly imagine the sort of desire the man had felt at even the recollection of what was Sebastian, one of his weaker moments.
Sebastian's gaze remained steadfast upon his companion despite the 'ding' that reverberated within the small space. He watched as Darien moved towards him, the man pushing off from his rather leaning position upon the side of the elevator. There was a certain sort of confidence in the way his companion walked now, as if he was finally sure of himself in a way that he should have been prior but simply was not. Sebastian should have known what was coming and yet, he was surprised that it happened here - now. He felt the firm, nearly desperate grasp of the fairy's hand around his neck, his fingers entangling themselves in the locks of his dirty blond hair. He felt Dairen's body against his as he took a step forward in response to the sudden grasp upon his waist. Sebastian hardly even hesitated in responding in turn. His hands raised to settle on either side of Darien's neck, one thumb gently caressing his Adam's apple while his long, pale fingers curled around the back of his nape. His lips pressed against Darien's with a well practiced ease, matching every touch of fervor with his own rivaling zeal.
Sebastian so unabashedly took kiss after kiss that was offered to him, entirely uncaring of the way the door slid shut only a few feet from him. It was entirely instinctual, the way his affinity flared to life, coaxing that flame of want and need that already existed between the pair. It hardly took any thought, the man was so used to this - to making other's love him. He felt Darien take his lower lip, nibbling on it with the sort of affection the fae so enjoyed and with the simple gesture the vampire in turn placed his top lip over Darien's, letting his fangs gingerly brush against the man's flesh. His crystalline gaze fluttered open as Darien pulled away, his eyes meeting the fairy's with his own intense gaze. "Should we at least make it to your room." Sebastian whispered, his tone entirely teasing before he leaned forward to press his lips against the corner of Darien's.
