Sebastian Ellington
I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.
It was a bit naive of him, truly, to expect that his presence might be so well received when he quite clearly sounded akin to a stalker with what the knowledge of the one secret she held most dearly. He attempted to reassure her with a solemn word that he had little intention of announcing to the vampire world her current state of being with child and yet, really, did she expect to be able to hide it much longer? Still, he hadn't meant to get Troy or his own boyfriend in trouble, the man near wincing at the woman's assurance that she would speak with her own significant trouble. "I know it is not my buisness but...try not to yell at him too much, dove. I didn't mean to distress you or put him in a difficult position." His words were particularly soft, his tone near matching hers in an effort to ensure he didn't taint that potential future relationship with Dorian's companion either. "Neither of us have any intention of seeing any harm come to you, my dear. We will keep our silence. Though, you might want to consider remaining at home..." His voice trailed off almost with a hint of uncertainty. It was, after all, entirely rude to suggest a woman might look as pregnant as she certainly was and yet...he was attempting in some regard to ensure she too considered the implications of being about even as she presently was.
It was that very notion of how utterly pregnant the woman was that prompted Sebastian's gaze to shift to the building they stood before. It hardly took long for the man to piece together exactly why she had ventured here, the vampire entirely inclined to offer his assistance. After all, she had tripped merely crossing the street! Heaven forbid he allowed her to leave in her current state with her hands filled with bags and purchases! He was almost surprised, truly, that she had decided to accept his suggestion, his head tilting to the side in consideration before he nodded readily enough. "I would be delighted to." The vampire moved, stepping closer towards the building as he held open the door for her with a small gesture of his wrist in a way that seemed to say 'after you'.
