Chizue could feel the weight of his gaze as it lingered upon her petite form, his eyes seemed to ravage her in a fashion that perhaps only a Dark Hunter could manage to do so. Adrenaline still pumped through the young vampire's feigns, her stomach a flutter with anxiety birthed on the wings of butterflies, her cheeks were flushed with a rose tinge though weather it was from the proximity of the handsome man, the touch of his hand upon hers, or the sheer fear that gripped the cold dead heart within her breast still remained to be seen. Chizue knew with a simple certainty that he was capable of killing her - in this moment, right here. It didn't matter of the crowds that surrounded her, if she denied him whatever request it was that he had in store for the vampire, it would be her last word.
She was hardly prepared for the beguiling simper that a lit his masculine features, that predatory nature still tucked neatly within the creases of his lips and the tightness around his eyes. Even at his most charming, Chizue could not forget about the dangerous being he still very much was. However, it was the mention of his curiosity that saw the girl's eyebrows furrow with confusion, her attention raptly given towards the man as if one missed syllable might bring about her demise (and it very well could). She watched as the waitress appeared from nowhere, providing the man with a refill of her beverage just as she too eyed the liquid that swished about the inside of his glass. The dream in which he held certainly managed to catch the young female off guard, entirely taken back that a hunter, a hunter as deadly as him might be interested in keeping her kind safe. "But...why?" She inquired almost immediately, her question subdued only by the man's insistence that she would be the one to help him, to bring him to the prey he was searching for. Momentarily her gaze faltered, considering the proposition he had presented her with only to find him reaching out to her, the warm of his skin upon her cold cheek made the young woman flinch. And yet, she hardly moved away from the warmth of his hand or the aura she could feel just radiating against his skin - the psychic energy that she thirsted for. It made the girl lean into him ever so slightly, her attention interrupted only by that quiet demand for an answer.
"I...I think...that I would disappoint you. I'm not particularly convincing and the other vampires never really liked me much to begin with." Her voice was hardly even audible within the din that surrounded the pair, no more than a meek whisper as she contemplated the options that he had so clearly given her. Death was hardly satisfactory by any means - she would, without a doubt, conceded to whatever ridiculous notions he might have had that she of all creatures might be some sort of embassary. But what she did know if that if he had some grandeur ideas that she might coax hordes for his kingdom, she knew all too well he'd be sorely disappointed. Chizue largely hid from her own kind and generally was frightened by the other species. In general she found the supernatural races to be far more maleficent then she cared to admit. "But... I...guess...I can try." The young woman concluded after a long pause, glancing up at the man in front of her with the sheer hope that this would be enough that she might live to see the rise of another moon.
