North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city, the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high-class architecture. The pristine streets are paved with stone and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting - for the right clientele. In the North, every establishment is eager to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allows them the luxuries that the North provides.

Nadya Tetradore

Nadya had left the wolf in her burlesque while she went to go finish some paperwork in her office. When she exited the office a few hours later Scarlett had been long gone. As Nadya had stated she had gotten ready and pulled into the parking lot with her BMW of the clothing store she had told Scarlett to meet her at. There was still some time to kill before her offered time so the young woman made her way into the coffee shop next door. Nadya would willingly admit her addiction of coffee which she had been without while pregnant and nursing the twins. Even Tobias had learned not to bother Nadya in the mornings until she had had her coffee.

There she stood outside the clothing store a few minutes later gripping the warmth of the cup between her hands. The light breeze ruffled her hair causing Nadya to have to rake a hand through it occasionally to put it back in place. Nadya had dressed in a grey and blue lace top, black satin skirt that read to mid-thigh, and a light gray suit jacket with low heel black boots. There was some doubt in the young woman's mind on if Scarlett would actually show up seeing as she had fled before. Nadya hoped that the girl had meant it about sticking around as she saw potential in her. In one way Scarlett reminded Nadya of Sam, old fashioned sweet hometown girl who tried to see the best in people. Perhaps it was that which made Nadya not even bat an eye at accepting this shopping trip. Of course money was of no concern to the Were and anything that was purchased for the canine could easily be written off for the business. No, this was a want to help the girl find her fashion voice as Nadya had helped Sam.

Nadya was beginning to think Scarlett was indeed not going to show when she saw a girl with green eyes walking towards her. A soft smile graced Nadya's features when the girl reached the store. "You made it." Nadya tilted her head to the store, "Let's get started." She led the girl into the store where they were greeted with the smell of new clothes and subtle rose perfume. The woman behind the counter beamed at them. "Nadya, welcome back, anything I can help you with today?" "No thank you, we're fine; just getting some outfits for work." Nadya indicated Scarlett as she continued to lead her over to the far wall of the store. "So," Nadya paused once they had reached the first display and racks of clothes, glancing over at the blonde and her current attire. "it's your first time in this kind of store isn't it? I can help you if you need; this is my forte after all." Nadya chuckled softly as she took a sip of her coffee. "You'll need at least 4, maybe 5 outfits for work...to start. I'm sure after today you'll get the hang of it and be able to gather more on your own later on."
