Vhalla simply could not keep up with these fancily dressed British men. By the gods the males were able to find compliments in anything and everything. Since her interaction with Will and several older super naturals she found it easy to pick out which beings were not off this century and those that were. There was air of elegance that surrounded the men who were not born in this era, they had an ease to fall into conversations with strangers that most didn't have. And then there was that accent that she could not get away from. It is his voice that causes her to pause. It reminded her of William.
Attempting to push the Hunter from her mind, she fails yet again as his face forms in her mind. Releasing a silent sigh, she lets her icy blue eyes travel up to meet the stranger's as he comments on her hair. Arching a brow at him, she lets an unamused smile to play on her lips, "Ah, but would you have said that if I were to tell you it wasn't real?" she ponders thoughtfully, taking another sip of her alcohol. Entirely turning in her seat to face the stranger she lets her eyes rove over him and in turn catches him inspecting her as well.
Though she isn't necessarily letting her eyes wander out of pleasure more out of curiosity, she's unsure what the British man sees in her, surely not an assassin. After noting his accent and the way he holds himself she finally narrows him down to a super natural, clearly not a faerie but he was something, though she has a hard time putting her finger on it. "Yes, it is not usually this bad," was his response and she allows a brief shrug of her shoulders. "I suppose it's good for business," she comments not particularly talking to anyone.
When she mentions that he was far overdressed for the occasion she's almost slightly disappointed to not get a rise out of him. It was his honest reply that has Vhalla's brows rising, her interest slightly piqued. Watching a smile dance across the man's lips she can't help but return a small smile of her own as she lifts the drink to her lips once again. Letting her eyes meet his own navy blue's as he lets the charm roll off of him in waves. Offering a light chuckle, she sets her drink on the counter and crosses a slender leg over the other, her boot but inches from his leg as she is now leaning forward in her chair, regarding him openly.
"You will hardly find me in anything else, I suppose." Perhaps it wouldn't have been a lie if she hadn't recently been out a date with Will, a thought that crosses her mind briefly before she crosses her arms across her chest, leaning farther back into the seat, "You British men seem to be running this city," she offers a small smile tugging at her lips. It was true though, she had met more British men in this city than she had in her entire life and not just men, women too, thinking back to the were-fox who had recently broke into Sam's apartment.
A flicker of anger flashes through her eyes briefly before she smothers it and turns the conversation back to the gentleman before her, "So tell me, how did you wind up here tonight?"
