North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city, the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high-class architecture. The pristine streets are paved with stone and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting - for the right clientele. In the North, every establishment is eager to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allows them the luxuries that the North provides.

It could have been argued as foolish for Anna-Marie to so use her ability on the man without knowing his abilities in turn. However, Anna hardly thought much of consequences these days, not since her mind had fractured. Sometimes it was as if she was trying to get caught, trying to get a hunters attention who was actually a match for her and could give her a proper death. None of that mattered in this moment though as all she was craving was entertainment.

Her brilliant azure eyes easily noted Dareios' furrowed brows in displeasure. If he had continued on that path of disagreement to her demands then this scene was going to take a drastic change indeed. It was lucky then that, even if it was against his will, he agreed to oblige her in a perhaps seemingly trivial game of tag. If he knew how her games of tag usually went then he would be much more grateful for this version. No one ended up dead in this version. At first a look of skepticism crossed Anna's features, unsure whether to believe the vampire on if he was going to really play. In the end though she decided it would be worth it to at least see.

"Ok, last one to the park is a rotten egg!" Anna replied brightly, bouncing on the balls of her feet and then whipping about, her dress twirling wildly with the motion before she took off down the street. Unlike the practiced strides Dareios took for the facade of normality, Anna didn't care about being seen and allowed the full natural ability of their species take over. Gleeful laughter passed her lips as she ran, zigzagging through the people though hardly attempting to curb them completely as she nicked quite a few to send them sprawling back. The city center park was about three miles from them though for a vampire wouldn't take any time at all to reach...if the man did indeed follow through in playing with her.
