Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

In truth, Sterling had thought particularly little of what 'starting over' meant. He hadn't considered the details of their budding relationship while living in the same flat, much less sleeping within the same bed, or even sex at all. His own intents had been solely to wipe the slate clean from all the past incidents that had so marred their relationship. All he had wanted was not feel so damn guilty for his indiscretion with Kat - the only woman in which he might have found himself loving in the same way he so dearly found himself falling for Henry all over again. He wanted to start without all those expectations. He wanted to relearn all the things Henry wanted and liked and enjoyed. The sheer question of Henry moving out was entirely startling to the man, his head shaking nearly immediately in his sudden urgency to keep Henry here with him. He leaned against Henry, the man somehow craving that simple touch from his newly found boyfriend, even though he swore he wanted to take things slow. It was a subconscious desire of reassurance that even Sterling didn't fully understand he needed.

Nevertheless, those worries and that tension that so afflicted his frame had a way of melting away as Henry took wrapped his arm around his slighter frame. Sterling wholly leaned into him in that moment, a small simper dancing across his features as Henry's lips pressed softly against his skin and slowly his blue eyes darted upwards to meet Henry's own. He could hardly deny that urge to so kiss the man. He remembered the way Henry tasted, to an extent, but he found himself wanting to taste him, truly taste him on his lips all over again. Thankfully, that teasing tone that so left the man's mouth caught Sterling's attention, his eyes rolling ever so slightly. "Oh, what, Mr. Millionaire doesn't like my flat?" He inquired, his own voice clearly holding a hint of sarcasm to it. He remembered well the high life they had once lived within Henry's expensive penthouse in New York. It was a lifestyle Sterling could never even hope to afford himself, much less dream of, and yet, even so, Henry had supported him all the same in his decidedly silly dreams of becoming the chef he so wanted to be. "All right - when we're ready, you can choose the home we live in - okay?" He stated, willing to give into Henry's desire for his own sort of 'fresh start'.
