Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Ashes to Ashes

Not only was the child vampire enjoyed that the furry panda didn't fight being carried about it was also in the creature's best interest. Whether or not Abigail knew that, Anna didn't know, but it didn't cross her mind any either. Anna only had one thing on her mind and that was to play with her newfound pet. Since Crishlyn was no longer around it meant Anna had to find her own fun and those to talk to. Making friends as a fractured child vampire wasn't exactly easy.

A giggle of amusement passed Anna's lips at Abigail's antics in attempt to investigate the ribbon around her neck. It wasn't much but it was at least a temporary placeholder until Anna was able to find a more permanent and satisfactory collar. Anna wound her fingers delicately through the panda's soft fur before seating herself and going about explaining what all was going to happen. Surely her newly named pet Lady would be living with her from now on. They could eat all the sweets they wanted and go explore anywhere. Oh the games they were going to play! Anna couldn't wait to share all her favorites with her Lady.

The turmoil and thoughts of escape that plagued Abigail were unknown to Anna as the only thing she had to go off of was the creature's seemingly agreeable chirps. Of course Anna assumed that her Lady understood everything that was being said...she was magic! Anna had just chosen another cookie for herself when the teacup was suddenly upended and went spilling across the table and rolling over onto the floor. Anna paused mid bite of her cookie to stare at the scene. It was obvious that her mind was churning, fighting against the two outcomes of possible reactions. Her normal one would have been to lash out against the individual who so dared to mess up not just her game but dirty her things. However, that wouldn't coincide with the odd sense of protection that was given to anything she considered hers.

What may have felt like an eternity passed before Anna set down her cookie with a slight scowl. "Your tail is all dirty now." At least she wasn't upset at the mess entirely and only how it had wet her Lady's tail. "Now you need a bath." With a soft sigh Anna slid from her chair, abandoning the game of tea party to once more gather the panda into her arms and carry her into the adjoining bathroom. Anna set Abigail down on the precarious edge of the bathtub in order to turn the water on and plug the drain to allow it to begin filling up. "You want bubbles?" Anna questioned innocently, pointing to the bath wash that she could squirt in to give her pet bubbles to play with in the tub.
