Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

In truth, the inebriated man had hardly considered the consequences of the confession that had wormed it's way past his usually tight lips. It was surely a reaction from the alcohol running rampant within his system, alcohol that he continued to sip on if only to push away all the troubles that weighed so heavily upon his broad shoulders. He hardly expect a response to his comment, instead his admittance was only given with the desire to learn more about the girl who managed to effect him in such a drastic fashion. His eyebrows furrowed as he contemplated his choices. It was difficult to say what he wished to know when he hardly had any notion of what his choices might have been. A small frown crossed his lips, momentarily letting himself be distracted from the conversation at hand by a more pressing thought. He had the notion of her remaining trapped here when the night lay out her feet and it was this reason that had him rise to drag her out into the night she was confined to. It was difficult enough, feeling the urge the moon had upon his natural desire to shift, he couldn't imagine the cold goddess dictating when he was allowed to be awake as well.

His hands fitted in his pocket, his gait still holding some resemblance of not yet being drunk enough to forget his earlier conversation, one at which he was content enough to shove in some dark recess of his mind. Instead, his thoughts dwelt entirely upon the challenge she had provided him with - the chance to simply ask what it was he desired to know. Tetradore hadn't yet noticed it but his feet were taking him back to the familiar pathway of the Ark, his body having some natural gravitational pull to the territory he had claimed as his own. It was her own sweet voice that pulled him from his silent contemplations, his emerald eyes shifting towards her feminine figure with a small shrug upon his shoulders. "There isn't much to know really." He commented slightly, before feeling the need to provide her more then the simplistic statement. After all, it was hardly fair of Tetradore to expect her to lay out her own life and secrets upon the line when he was unwilling to offer her the same. "Risque kidnapped me from my home when I was ten. She burned it and everyone in it and I had been with her ever sense." It was by far the shortest version of his life that he could provide her, skillfully skipping all the tragic details and torment that he had experienced in that time with the vampire woman. Surely if anyone could begin to imagine it, it was Isolt. "It's Tetradore, by the way, it's a family name." He commented in an off handed fashion, having noted the moniker that his sister had used for him, one that was usually reserved for the incredibly lazy or familiar, not that it particularly bothered him one way or the other.

"How did you meet her? Harley?" He inquired after a brief moment of silence, his gaze inquisitively shifting to the woman beside her. She was the only thing he knew meant the most to Isolt, the only woman that he had watched the vampire woman truly mourn. For a while, he had considered the possibility that they had perhaps been lovers, if only because his friendships had been extremely limited and Tobias, he was aware enough to note, was not entirely there in the head in the first place for their relationship to be by any means "normal". The familiar sound of water hit his ears, the rushing of waves upon the shore had become an almost comfortable ambient sound to him, living within the cargo ship. He had fallen asleep many a night with his thoughts cast out with those rough waves, letting the be the only thing that managed to lull him to sleep. His gaze shifted upwards towards the cargo ship that rested in the distance, reminding him of the shell he had found her on these same shores a month prior. "I'd like to show you something." He voiced quite suddenly, pivoting in place so that he was walking backwards, his gaze still settled intently upon her, "If you trust me...that is." He knew that taking her within the den of weres could be dangerous, especially if she wandered from his side but he held faith in her ability to follow instructions if she was too willing to put her trust in him to navigate those waters safely.
