Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
Sebastian Ellington-Aragona
His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy
The Italian Prince's crystalline gaze remained upon the young child as she offered a piece of her cookie to the small, rambunctious puppy at her feet. Sebastian had long since learned that patience was a near requirement with it came to those encounters with the young vampire. He was hardly ignorant of the contemplative look upon her features as she slowly straightened to face him, only for the young woman to announce almost abruptly that she wished to have a party in turn. Apparently, she had quite enjoyed the wedding festivities enough to warrant an engagement of her own. Sebastian paused, his eyebrows furrowing and yet, he supposed there was no reason to deny her this. "What sort of party, love?" He inquired, only to offer in an effort to prompt her further. "A tea party, perhaps?" Sebastian inquired before a cookie was held out toward him. For a moment, the Englishman allowed that conversation to shift as he reached for the cookie in her hand. The last thing he had anticipated, however, was for Arlo to be the singular individual that Anna-Marie had picked out of the veritable crowd that had attended his own wedding.
There was no denying he had a sort of fondness for the man. The fellow vampire was truly the only real friend Sebastian had outside of his marriage. His insistence that Anna-Marie should give the man another try, however, seemed to result in the wrinkle of her nose. His head tilted to the side ever so slightly as Anna-Marie insisted that Arlo was not a real vampire if only for his...peculiar eating habits. "I'm sorry you had such a bad first experience with him, Ma Petite," Sebastian answered, attempting to offer the girl an apology of his own and yet, he too saw little reason to force his only companion upon her either. After all, perhaps it would be better to keep the two separate, particularly considering his Maker's tendency for far more violent tantrums. No, it was far better to let her continue on with this party of hers instead of attempting to find some way for her to find peace with his own companion.
That sudden suggestion of presents, however, drew his crystalline gaze back towards her as his shoulders lifted in a small shrug. "I don't see why not." He commented, after all, money was certainly of no object to him. It was, however, Anna-Marie's admittance that she had never had a party with presents that saw him pause. "Never? Have you not celebrated your birthday? Or Christmas?" He inquired, the vampire entirely taken aback by that sudden lack of presents within her life. How had no one in her live celebrated anything with her, even Ceara? His head bobbed at the young woman's requests, making note of that list of presents she so desired. His features furrowed ever so slightly at the mention of Damon, however. It was no secret that the pair of vampires hardly got along in the slightest, their interactions more akin to a brief hello then anything else. The idea of the man within his home was....distinctly displeasing. Perhaps she might be convinced to have this party without the vampire...? Or at least with Isolt too present. However, rather then tackle that conundrum, Sebastian chose to focus upon the far easier one of all the questions she had afforded him. "Your pet? What sort of pet do you have?" He inquired as she hurried past him, causing the vampire to trail within her wake, altogether inquisitive of where she was venturing off to now.
