Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Despite Nadya's hesitance on the children having a pony, Frost's assurance that it was taken care of elsewhere did calm her reservations about it. That and his adamence that his children weren't going to be incapable of riding a horse. She had never pushed such a role on him and still he cared for them all the same. That exterior he showed to the world was vastly different than the one he reserved for his pack and the children. "Fine, but I want helmets on at all times." Learning to ride was far different than being led around a pen with a belt of sorts strapped around connecting them to the saddle.

She was glad that Frost didn't seem too keen on a llama addition as well. That vote was quickly veto'd. The mention of her flowers caused Nadya to huff slightly and narrow her gaze at the llama as if it truly was the culprit, "I'll get them this season, just you watch." She was thoroughly persistent if nothing else. Nadya's attention drifted towards the house when Scarlett took to talking with Micah, noting Malia looking rather ruffled. Though she knew Malia wasn't keen on people, the last thing she wanted was for her packmate to feel incapable of at least getting food. It was that thought which nudged Frost to check on her. She raised a brow that food wasn't her concern but obliged Nadya and went to check on Malia. Nadya glanced down, smiling softly seeing Micah's eyes light up at the prospect of having something all his own.

"How about we get cake time started, hmm?" Nadya suggested to her son who nodded happily. She glanced to Scarlett, "When Izzy comes back around can you get her down and the two of them to the snack table? I'll go get the cake." She was confident in Scarlett's ability to wrangle the twins to the assigned table to begin cake and subsequent present time. Nadya gently ruffled Micah's already tousled hair as she left them for the house.

Nadya eyed Malia and Frost suspiciously, looking as thick as thieves as they exited the house on her way in. "Don't be starting any shenanigans." Nadya warned the pair. "I'm getting the cake." She stepped into the house to carefully withdraw the large cake from the fridge. The double tiered cake was clearly segmented down the middle, one side pink and the other side red, decorated with icing shaped as mouse ears and polka dots all over and a figure of Minnie and Mickey on their respective sides. It didn't take but a few steps out that backdoor into the yard for the other kids to notice the cake and shout Cake! and begin the mad dash in the direction that the sweet was going.

It was easy for Nadya, having wrangled flighty fae at her burlesque and now children in her studio, to keep the other children at bay from the cake when she set it down on the table. "As soon as we sing happy birthday we can all get some yummy cake." Izzy, who had been holding Scarlett's hand on the way over quickly released her packmate to clamour onto a chair to be closer to the cake. Micah remained holding Scarlett's hand, his gaze sweeping the many faces now looking at them expectantly to be ready to blow out those candles so they could all get some cake.
