Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Like most large cats with newborns Nadya had kept out of sight due to that instinct in order not just to keep the twins safe but to get used to the whole being a mother thing. Nadya didn't trust taking such small beings to the pack seeing as one refused to submit to her. It also hadn't come up in any conversation between herself and Tobias or Tet about Regan being a new member as well. Though living with a vampire may not have seemed much safer, Isolt had gone through school to be a doctor and therefore Nadya was constantly using her for information how to care for the twins. She couldn't deny the call to her animal form for long. It had been too long not being able to change during the last part of her pregnancy so Nadya was more than excited to stretch her legs and hunt again.
While the twins were sleeping Nadya had snuck out assured with Isolt listening out for them. Nadya knew she'd be back before they woke. The feeling of the earth beneath her paws and the rough bark of the trees as she scratched against them was a long lost pleasure. It was a very enjoyable night until Tobias showed up. Their constant fighting had taken a backseat during her pregnancy so it was still up for question on what would happen now between them. At first Nadya was able to ignore Tobias' constant nagging but with each passing minute it was wearing down the patience that she had built on precarious hours of sleep. Eventually Nadya relented and agreed to allow Tobias to come to the apartment to see the twins.
The night the twins were born Nadya had seen something in Tobias that she had never quite seen before. There had been a deeper understanding in his words that they had been his. Whether he understood the complete meaning was yet to be seen, yet it was enough for Nadya to allow Tobias near the twins...under supervision. The deep thudding against the door was Nadya's first clue that Tobias had arrived and was already starting to make trouble. She had barely enough time to set Micah down in the crib with Izzy before the snap and crack of the door echoed through the apartment. "I did not invite you here just so you could break our home!" Nadya grumbled and followed the caterwauling into the living room to glare at him with her arms crossed over her chest. "Alright, alright, you can stop that awful noise." For a moment Nadya's irritation flared but quickly fizzled, again the lack of sleep making it not worth her time or energy to spend on it. "You need to change before I bring them out. Claws hurt the babies remember?"
Nadya turned on her heels and wandered back into the bedroom, motioning for Tobias to follow once he was finished shifting back into his human form. The twins, now two months old had grown some but were still rather small for their age, laying side by side in the crib looking up watching the mobile overhead that Tobias had picked out. "They like the toys you picked." She commented lightly, gingerly scooping Micah up to cradle him in her arms.
