The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Despite the young woman's decidedly obscure attempt at creating those makeshift ice skates, Serafina was rather at ease upon that ice, the young witch entirely confident as she stood, her frame free of any of that uncertain wobbling that so afflicted her companion. A small frown marred her features as she listened to those softly uttered words of her companion and yet, the witch could only shake her head in disagreement. "No, I am not your guide, Raven. Familiars, by definition, are the animal companions of a witch. You are neither a witch nor am I an animal. I am, however, a close associate. I suppose you could be a pope but I am definitely not your servant. Those bastard catholics think they can just steal from us whatever words they want don't they?" Her mutterings had turned more towards her own internal ranting over the definition of that word and yet, she was content to turn her attention instead towards the fellow witch she had so demanded join her out onto the ice. The young witch watched with a glimpse of satisfaction as that fellow witch was dragged out onto the ice. Serafina hardly anticipated for her witty retort to be regarded with such disdain from her companion, that feminine voice so immediately drawing her attention.
Her eyebrows furrowed as she listened to her companion, the witch considering it for a moment before a huff left her lips. "Jesus, why do you have to take everything I say as some kind of insult?" She was getting kind of tired of constantly being placed within the role of the bad guy with her supposed 'friend'. Everytime she did something with decent intent or made some offhanded comment, the wolf rebuffed her or grumbled at her. Her arms crossed offer her chest as she regarded Raven, her voice decidedly firm as she so made that distinction. "Dogs are apart of someone's family, Raven. The only difference between a dog and a wolf is that wolves live only with their own kind in the wild. Dogs are amazing creatures. They can make intimate connections with other animals not like themselves. Do you know what happens if a person tries to befriend a wolf? They get eaten. If you ask me - dogs are way more compassionate than wolves. I'd rather have a dumb dog then a smart wolf any day." At the very least a dumb dog would still be there when she had a crap day whereas that smart wolf would rather degrade her for it. It was in an afterthought that Serafina saw fit to voice that which even Vhalla internally considered. "As for that lion - yes. I would still call him a kitty. Albeit a very large kitty."
Serafina watched in silence as Vhalla so struggled to find her own balance upon that ice and yet, she hardly saw a need to retorted as the pair of women so spoke of her in her very presence. After all, Serafina had never had anyone but herself to rely on and she never truly actually did anything that hurt anyone without a very good reason to do so. Tonight she was just attempting to have some fun with the woman she knew was grieving and with a young witch who looked like she was having some issues of her own. She met Vhalla's gaze head on, as if near daring her to have some grudge against her in the same fashion that Raven was clearly keen to do. Still, the young witch was hardly going to let her new found companion simply flail on the ice on her own. Rather, she knelt down with that same ease as before, gesturing towards the woman's foot while so announcing her own name. It was only once she was certain of her work that the woman stood, once again finding that perfect balance upon her own now ice bladed shoes. That jab at her ability to argue with her companion as if they were no more than an old couple, however, hardly railed the young witch in the slightest, the woman simply agreed all too easily.
Her head shook ever so slightly as her friend so sought to clarify their relationship and yet, Serafina herself saw little reason to comment on it all the same. Rather, the girl glanced down inquisitively as she begun to move quite against her own will. She knew near instantly that it was Raven's affinity and yet, she hardly seemed perturbed by it in the slightest. Rather, the woman leaned into those movements in the same fashion someone who was comfortable upon the ice would. That sway of her body seemed entirely graceful as she simply allowed Raven to take hold of her body, trusting in the girl whilst satisfied that her element was at hand should anything go awry. Her stormy-blue eyes shifted only at the sound of that near squawk that left her fellow witch's lips and immediately the young witch called out in an effort to so reassure her new found friend. "It's okay, just relax. We've got you. Close your eyes. You can pretend you're flying!" The whole of her own attention, however, was focused entirely upon Vhalla, the young woman rechecking that stability of that ice and the sharpness of those blades even from afar. After all, that ice was quite near apart of her, ready for any command she might offer.
