The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

There were distinctly few individuals within the vampire's life whom he was entirely open with on the topic of hunting - Gia, however, was not one of them. It was a topic he strove to dance around, even if they both knew the truth of the matter. Still, he tried to spare her from the stark reality of his existence. After all, it had become blatantly clear that the young woman held some tender issues of her own with his species. Most did, however. In that sense, perhaps, she was hardly anything new to the Victorian Vampire. He hardly expected the huntress to take that line of inquiry any further, even though he knew well that inquiry of his preference in victims was hardly a genuine question. Instead, it was nothing more than that usual sardonic demeanor he so often received from the young woman and, in turn, Sebastian was willing to take up that question in the same good nature he so often did, at least until she so quickly strove to reassure him that she was off duty. He could hardly help that chuckle that left his lips, his head slowly shook. "Truthfully, I don't but beggars can't be choosers at this point, eh?" For all intents and purposes, Sebastian was just that, little more than a beggar for that blood.
His blue eyes briefly swept over the young woman, noting the fashion in which she seemed to near fidget in her seat. Had the talk of blood truly set her on edge that much? Perhaps she had hardly come to terms with what he was as much as he thought she had. A small frown marred the Englishman's features as he watched Gia raise her hand to her head, itching at the skin upon her shoulder. He could tell there was something on her mind, it was blatant in that pregnant silence that she so regarded him with that gave away those unspoken words. He hardly had to wait long, however, before those words came tumbling from her lips filled with awkward pauses and marked hesitance. "An apology?" He inquired, his eyebrow rose ever so slightly. Frankly, he hardly anticipated any sort of atonement from her - why should he? As far as Sebastian was concerned, she had hardly slighted him. Even so, the vampire hardly made an effort to interrupt her any further, quite on the contrary, he was content to merely listen to those words she so struggled to find.
It baffled him, truly, that she was apologizing for the event. She hardly invited those men upon her and yet, it was almost sweet, really, that genuine gratitude for his efforts. "It's okay, daffodil. I was just happy to see you safe." The vampire responded with a small simper upon his features. He watched as she turned from him, only to slap her hands upon the bar with a deep breath, as if that apology had taken something out of her. Sebastian could hardly help the way his eyebrows rose and yet, was this not so very much like the abrupt woman he had come to know? He could hardly help that chuckle upon his lips before he nodded in response. "I understand." He uttered between that laughter. She seemed decidedly cheery now that that was over, though he couldn't fault her for it. Frankly, it seemed like apologies to his species were a particularly large obstacle to overcome. Sebastian hardly saw fit to linger upon that topic that brought her such discomfort, instead, the very mention of his upcoming wedding was more than enough to capture all of his attention.
It was the very presence of that press that so astonished Sebastian. He had never been much of a social figure, even within his own era, his family was hardly the epitome of social power, even despite their efforts. Sebastian was used to simply coming and going and yet, things had a way of changing when being engaged to royalty. That congratulations he was given, if it could be called that, brought that grin back to his features and at least, until that very mention of Dorian's age. "Err...he's like....five hundred and....sixty...two, I think? He's more than twice my age." The vampire admitted and yet, it never truly felt like there was such a huge age disparity between the two men. How bizarre it was to consider all the same. His thoughts hardly lingered upon it terribly long, however, before the man extended that invitation to the huntress who had become a....friend, of sorts. It was an invitation she seemed all too keen to deny him. That soft chuckle left the man's lips once again at her insistence to trust her on this very thing, only to further invite him for a drink - of the non-fancy variety. "I think I could do a non-fancy drink," Sebastian responded, entirely content to accept that counter offer. After all, it hardly seemed so bad to have the Dark Hunter as an acquaintance. No, this didn't seem all that bad at all.
